Great place to stay, felt right at home in the wooden lodge. Also very close to the train station. Yuki also responds to requests very quickly and even let us check in earlier. This is our second time to stay at the lodge and we specifically chose to stay here to just rest and recuperate for 3 days. The first time we stayed here was 7 years ago and we had a great time.

Utsumi is very warm and will briefly introduce some of Shirahama's attractions and walking distance from homestay to attractions, convenience stores, hot springs, etc., very good value for money accommodation, Shirahama left me a very good impression, this time it is a person's trip, I will stay again next time with friends, thank you for your hospitality.

The apartment is very well located, 2 different metro lines 5 minutes' walk. 7/11 and a multitude of delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is clean and functional. Very good quality bedding. Elevator. We stayed a week and it was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment and the host is really nice and responsive.

Honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had if not the best. I was shocked at how friendly the host was and they never hesitated to ask what I was doing for the day and also gave recommendations depending on where I’d be going. They even went out of their way to offer reserving a restaurant for me. I can’t forget to also mention that they allow you to leave your bags with them before and AFTER your stay, which made my trip a lot more convenient. Would without a doubt stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Not in the center, but it is a very civic life area, it is convenient if you want to visit Kinkakuji Temple and Shimogo Shrine.The host is very enthusiastic, he will introduce the famous good food shops around, bicycle rental service, and it is convenient to get out.

We loved our stay at Aika’s place, it was quiet at night, but close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, temples and shrines. It was very easy to get to the metro and buses when we needed them. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and roomy. The free washing machine on the first floor was wonderful. We liked the small outdoor balcony. We appreciated the complementary coffee and tea, as well as all the other amenities in the room. It was a perfect place to say in Kyoto. We would love to stay again when we are back in this area.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and really comfortable. The location was amazing : it was quit and at the same time we could walk to beautiful locations like temples and restaurants. I’m looking forward to come again!

I thought that I would find it soon because it is near "Toratorare market", but it was a little difficult to understand place.There was no reply to the email, and I was very troubled with no phone connection. I am grateful that you changed to the room on the first floor because my legs are bad. I think it would be nice if you could let me know that I can make a reservation for meals even if I make a reservation for air bnb.The bread of the on-site cafe Dobare is very delicious and recommended.If there is a barbecue menu in the summer, I would like to take care of it again.

Yogesh and Vinita are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They’re always down to eat together and have good conversations, or leave you to your own agenda if that’s what you wish. They’ll answer questions promptly and even go out of their way to provide recommendations, and even give you a ton of insight into the Chikuma area. This stay is in a nice, quiet, low key area which is a perfect location for those wanting to escape hustle and bustle of the cities for a while. Highly recommend!

It was a very clean and nice space!!!Toothbrushes, room wear, etc. are required to bring in, but everything else was provided, and we had a very comfortable stay.Ramen next to the hotel should definitely be eaten.I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to go to Nagano again!

We really enjoyed our time at this stay. The balcony is private and the rooftop is shared. There is also a courtyard area on the first floor. There were also added amenities like free coffee, tea, and some fruit on the first floor.

Great location

Very quick to response, transportation extremely good, took us convenience stores and restaurants to get dinner. Before check-in, they took our luggage from togendai station and we could continue our trip without needing to head back to the hotel. The view was extremely breathtaking, The onsen was also very relaxing, I also like the fact we could rent a private onsen. Very recommended for couples. The Host is very kind and responsive.

Xiuhui was very warming upon arrival. She greeted us with tea and fruits and even helped up bring our luggage to our room. She was very responsive to our messages and helpful. She even offered to do our laundry which was very kind. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to escape the busy city and experience the neighborhood lifestyle.

Great stay, beautiful and spotless homestay environment, the owners cleaned the homestay very clean and tidy, and it has a sense of atmosphere.After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel to soak in a private hot spring, it was very relaxing and comfortable ~ After soaking in the hot spring, I also had some drinks, the price is not expensive and it's delicious. Transportation is quite convenient, you can walk to the bus stop in more than 10 minutes, swipe the watermelon card and in about 20 minutes the bus goes directly to Omuroyama and Cactus Zoo.

Highly recommended! The reception staff are wonderfully communicative, exceptionally helpful, and genuinely friendly. The property itself is immaculately clean and tidy. Everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient place with free parking lot. Within 5 mins walk can reach the convenience store and pharmacy. Recommend to the travelers who will drive in the trip.
