Condo vacation rentals in Tōkai Region

It was an excellent stay. The apartment was very clean. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the kitchen, but we saw that it had everything you need for cooking. One plus is that you can leave your luggage before you check in.

If you're looking to spend time in Dotonbori and Namba, this is a very convenient place to stay. A bit small for a group of 5 but we made it work!

Great location with a station just 5mins away, flexible and easy check-in, responsive host! Definitely staying again when I have the chance :)

This has been our favourite apartment so far in Japan. Nice bathroom, great TV set up, enough space for all our stuff (3 of us). We were pleased how walkable the location was, discovering many restaurants and food stalls we liked. Responsive hosts that allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early. Recommend!

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

Candy's house is clean, comfortable, and big enough for 3 people's luggage. Location is great too. Communication has always been easy. Only comment is toilet room is slightly smaller, but despite that, I would stay there again!

JA’s place felt like home, safe and fully equipped. Heated musical toilet a surprise plus!

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

We stayed with Yoko for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is incredibly large and everything you need was there. The beds are very cozy and Yoko took good care of us, she even cooked something extra for us. We will definitely be happy to come back!

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

This place is great for a group of 4 friends- the beds were so comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and it was close to Fushimi Inari Taisha and Fushimi Inari Station. Very walkable and quiet area. Great instructions. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Fantastic location with plenty of amenities. The host was responsive to our contact and extremely helpful with local recommendations. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the elevator was a bonus as this doesn't seem common in Japan. They allowed us to leave our lugguge after check out while we explored Kyoto before departing the city. Overall this was a A+ experience and I would happily return.

I cannot say enough about how kind Izumi and the rest of the hosts were...they were extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and we loved Kyoto so much we skipped our day trip to Osaka...next time! The restaurant was delicious and the food ridiculously inexpensive. The matcha tea and beef curry were top notch! This condo is located close to all of the train stations you will need. The shopping area has great restaurants. Be sure to eat at Sugitama Sushi...it is literally a two minute walk from the place and extremely tasty. If you go to Nashiki Market get there right at 10 to walk around free of others. Then go next door to the Teramachi shopping area...it is much less crowded and the costs are lower...even though it is an alley away. Again, I cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were amazing, the condo was in a fantastic area and Kyoto was beautiful!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The condo is in a great location close to restaurants, stations and shops (and a large Don Quijote 😀), with a spectacular view, that's even better in person! The interior was also a highlight with a lot of unique details in the furniture and design added to the enjoyment of our stay. The hosts were proactive and responsive to any queries and would definitely recommend to others!

Our family of four stayed for six nights, and we had a great experience. The owner provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment from the subway, which was just a few minutes' walk away. It’s only a 3-minute walk to Kuromon Market and a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori—close to most attractions but still quiet at night. She even offered free luggage storage downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment is a typical Japanese-style unit: small but clean and comfortable, fitting the four of us and our luggage perfectly. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

It was a relatively convenient location to get to Gansai Airport, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara, and the subway station was right next to it, so the transportation was good. Osaka Castle was close, so it was good for running. There's a Don Quijote nearby and a big grocery store, so it's a good place to shop. This was a great place to stay for 4 days.

Check-in was very easy and easy to understand.The location was also very convenient to go for a night out near Sakae.
