Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tōkai Region

This place was great! I am so thankful for the pictures and documentation on how to find the place. If it wasn’t for the pictures I would not have found it. Stairs are narrow so be careful climbing. The place can get a bit humid so make sure you have the fans on. The place is very very peaceful, the neighborhood is so quiet. It makes you make sure you arnt too loud. The family mart 7-eleven and many other restaurants are very close by. I felt very safe walking at night. This place was amazing and I’d stay here again.

Comunicazione con l’host rapida ed efficace. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma ben attrezzato. La posizione è ottima, in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e vicinissimo alla metro per spostarsi in tutte le zone di interesse della città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Geweldige accommodatie en behulpzame host. Was attent met samenvoegen van twee opvolgende boekingen. Tevens namen ze een pakket in ontvangst dag voordat we incheckten en bewaarde dit veilig. Nieuwe en mooie ruimte. Handig gelegen bij Shinkansen station. De gratis fietsen die te leen zijn bij de receptie hebben we als zeer fijn ervaren.

We loved staying at Ash and Tracy’s place. It was cosy and had everything we could possibly need, like being in your own home. It was small and the train noise was persistent, but the location was fantastic and we loved the easy walk to Yoyogi Park and all the restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

全体的に満足度の高い滞在となりました。 お部屋は多少の経年劣化はありましたが 丁寧にリノベされており、快適に過ごす事がました。特にお風呂が広くゆったりと寛げて癒されました。 何と言ってもこの広さでこの価格帯はなかなか無く、コスパ抜群だと思います。 ありがとうございました☆

it was a short stay but my friend and I liked it. We would like to book again in the future. The host was nice and communicated well. The space is clean and organized.

Kyoto was an amazing host! Really responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Good instructions for check in/check out, accurate amenities, and cozy space. Great location, close to the Oyama Station, and walking distance to some delicious restaurants! Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Japan! Thank you!

お部屋は本当に清潔で、細かいところからもオーナー様の心配りが感じられました。 ひとつひとつのディテールが素晴らしく、このような素敵なお家に滞在できて本当に感謝しています。 設備や備品もすべてそろっていて、何一つ不自由がありませんでした。 周囲の環境もとても気に入りました。 そして、冷蔵庫の棚を壊してしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまったこと、本当に申し訳ありませんでした🥹 ありがとうございました！

返事が早くて丁寧でとても良かったです！ 一階の椅子の配置(横並びの机など)が大人数の利用に最適だと思いました。 雨の日にもおすすめです。

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

Jinemon’s place is surreal, right by a busy main road but the moment you enter it it feels like walking into a personal art museum. It’s uniquely beautiful but also perfectly functional with all the amenities you need. The little garden and balcony on 2nd floor is a nice additional touch. The location is good - walkable to a few most worthy temples in the north of Kyoto while so close to a bus stop that connects you to the center of the city. The neighborhood itself is quiet but not without gems to be explored, cute bakeries, izakayas, etc. Jinemon is very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. I’d love to come back if I travel with family and friends again to Kyoto.

Great communication. Check in was easy. They even helped us ship our luggage at the end of our stay.

I had a wonderful stay in Nagoya! The rooms and beds were super comfortable, and the house was fully equipped with everything I needed, just like being at home. There was even a wine fridge stocked with drinks, and payment was super easy via QR code. This house was one of the most well-prepared and thoughtfully set up for guests that I’ve ever stayed in. It truly felt cozy and welcoming throughout my stay. I’d definitely love to come back again!

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。

다음 여행시도 이용하고 싶을 정도로 아주 만족합니다!! 일단 호스트님에 응답이 정말 빠르시고, 안내가 정확해서 이용이 편했어요! 주택가에 위치하고 있지만 가까운 거리에 편의점, 드라그스토어도 있어서 물 사 먹기 좋았어요! 렌트카를 해서 무료주차가 되는 점이 너무 좋았어요! 추천합니다~!

Het was een goede uitvalslocatie om de Japanse Alpen te ontdekken. Leuk koffietentje om de hoek en dicht bij de bussen om de natuurparken in te gaan. De accomodatie zelf was prettig en ruim opgezet.

Host gives clear and amazing instructions. You definitely won’t get lost getting there. Amenities were amazing, especially the indoor onsen is very enjoyable. House is spacious and alot of space for children to run around. The baby cot is appreciated. House just lacks basic condiments and as host have clearly shared, no shops around. So please bring your condiments if you are planning to cook. Overall an amazing stay.
