I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The apartment was cozy and clean and in a quiet area. Services and restaurants nearby. The historic center is easily accessible by escalator. I received good directions and Chiara answered all my questions quickly.

Tre giorni per evadere dal caos cittadino di Roma alla ricerca di tranquillitá, verde, relax e del buon cibo. Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi, anche con i bambini. Si raggiunge il centro città in 10/15 Min a piedi. Fabrizio si è reso disponibile fin da subito a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento non ha disatteso le nostre aspettative, posto auto compreso, non da sottovalutare. Casa moderna essenziale e ben rifinita. consigliatissimo

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Where do I start? If you’re thinking of traveling to Orvieto, stay here. This is the most unique and charming Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Sylvia and Aldo made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit, welcoming us into their cozy family home and sharing with us their favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias. Aldo picked us up and returned us to the train station; the fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and butter; they left breakfast sweets for us and a bottle of wine. We loved reading about Sylvia’s father, Valentini, and enjoyed his artwork throughout the house. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is small but has what you need to cook. And Orvieto, ahhh, what a wonderful little town. We visited in August and there were many tourists but it didn’t feel crowded. We loved our stay and want to go back!

Un petit coin de paradis, à l’écart des foules. Absolument magnifique. Simone est le meilleur hôte que j’ai connu. Il nous a donné des suggestions utiles, nous a aidé avec les réservations. À notre arrivée, il y avait déjà des provisions. L’appartement était impeccable. Merci!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful hill top town. The Airbnb is super cosy and finished to a great standard, comfy bed, big bathroom, good cooking equipment, great heating and amenities and most of all beautiful views from bedroom and silent nights sleep. Don’t miss the chance to stay if planning a visit to Spello!

La casa è davvero molto carina, pulita e dotata di vari comfort. Il borgo è bellissimo e Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Lovely home within the city walls, with thought and attention given to the renovation of a historic home. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped, the limited time we spent on the amazing terrace was noteworthy. Also rare in Italian rentals was the provision of a dryer, which was appreciated. The only drawback was the antique living room furniture, which was limited in space and comfort. Had we been able to use the terrace, this would have been less of a problem. I would recommend this rental!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. PROs: - Giacomo goes out of his way to make you happy. Excellent and rapid Whats App communication. - right on the edge of Centro storico so can walk everywhere - extremely quiet as it faces interior courtyard, never hear anything from other units or outside - modern apt with comfortable bed, lots of closet space and spacious shower - 2 TVs, one in each room - lights have remote control dimmers - Cooking facilities excellent - Nescace Dolce Gusto coffee machine with lots of pods provided CONs: - no microwave - parking around apt is 3 Euros per hour 8-22h - closest free parking 750m away which is 12 min walking incl lots of stairs - no elevator but only 25 steps up to apt - apt not overly bright - no bath towels just bath robes - if going in mid-summer, not sure place would be cool enough (only 1 vent)

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Acomodação top, com a melhor vista de Montepulciano, a poucos passos da área central da cidade mas ao mesmo tempo em um local de paz e tranquilidade , sendo possível estacionar muito próximo da acomodação, o que é uma raridade. Além disso, a acomodação é muito bem equipada, com literalmente todo o necessário para uma estadia confortável, seja curta ou mais longa. Recomendo fortemente

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

L'alloggio di Gianluca e Alessandra è veramente un gioiello. Spazioso, ben attrezzato e pulitissimo, come fosse stato ristrutturato da pochi giorni!! Tutto è stato studiato nei dettagli affinché il soggiorno sia piacevole. Ogni stanza è congegnata in modo da offrire tutti i comfort che posso servire per soggiorno anche di lunga durata. La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica e in una zona molto tranquilla in cui si trovano trattorie, supermercati e negozi di artigianato. Gianluca ci accolti di persona e da subito ha dimostrato di essere un host accogliente e molto disponibile, tanto che l'impressione è stata quella di aver trascorso alcuni giorni a casa di amici.
