What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

This place is so beautiful.The most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We have a late check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. This place is very, very beautiful, whether it is the equipment, decoration, environment, or view, it is very amazing, great value for money, very, very good.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

The house is very brautiful, the gardens are amazing. We only stayed for two nights, but we had such a beautiful time there. There are a few garden spots to seat, realax, drink coffee or have breakfast. So beautiful. We had a realy nice stay. The owner was very kind, even offered us a coffe and let us stay an hour longer so we didn't need to hurry to check out in the morning. There are a lot of very beautiful spots near Torrinieri, so this was a perfect location for exploring Tuscany by car.

Great welcome from Cecilia, we were treated to a bottle of wine and a homemade pie! Cecilia is very available and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the quiet and the garden just for us. Cecilia's recommendations for visits were also very useful to us so we didn't miss out on very beautiful places.

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to explore the Lazio region.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also left us cookies for breakfast. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

We had a really good time, immersed in an oasis of peace. Sara was super kind and affable, with her wonderful daughter they treated us very well, giving us advice on how to get around to visit Assisi and the villages we had planned. Your accommodation is comfortable, new and very clean. An experience to be repeated

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is really ideal: in the center, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!
