Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. We missed Sandra and La Parida the minute we left. Sandra is the best and most welcoming host we have ever experienced and took care of us with love and care. She and her husband Alexandro were always prepared to help us when needed and we wholeheartedly recommend spending your vacation with them and we look forward coming back.

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

I had a great time in Sara's apartment, which consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. Sara welcomed me at the scheduled time, but she hadn't written me the intercom to play and I had to call her. Sara was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast offer of Greek yogurt and kinder bars! The bedroom is very spacious that could even fit a fourth bed. The bathroom is private but it is separate. Too bad I only had to stop for one night - I would have been there more. The location is great, which is only a 15-minute walk to the station.

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Raffaella and her husband are very nice hosts. We felt welcomed. We stayed with them for 2 days for a little relaxation and tranquility and that's what we found, but also much more: the surroundings are beautiful there is, much to explore and visit. Bomarzo, Viterbo (the fantastic feast of Santa Rosa that left us speechless), Orte and more. We'll be back. Our kids loved the pool with whirlpool! In Amelia there is a nice park where children can play and adults can relax with a drink in the kiosk. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and was a real treat. Super super recommended!
