Vacation rentals with a patio in Tocane-Saint-Apre

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

Great week at Suzy's, her apartment is very beautiful, big, convenient! We loved the pool which is super beautiful and big! The region offers a multitude of things to do and visit... In short, I can only recommend 😄

Pleasant weekend in Sainte Alvère, the accommodation is spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The private outdoor space is charming and allows you to have lunch in the sun or let a young child or small dog frolic in complete safety. The village remains lively even in November with its restaurants and foie gras producer.

Short stay in this charming little apartment, but very nice. The place is quiet and very relaxing. There is everything you need, the cottage is very clean. Charlie is a great host I recommend.

Great stay at this named cottage! There are other rented spaces around but everything is done to have privacy. There is a pergola in addition to the umbrella to shade the terrace. The pool is nice: hot water to rinse off! The waterfall next door is beautiful. The sound of the water and the small private dock above the Beune is a plus. The place is in a great location: bakery 2 min walk away, restaurants, museums and markets within walking distance as well. The host is very responsive and friendly, we felt very welcomed. Thank you again for a lovely week. I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the apartment and its layout. Very nice, airy and bright. Walking tour at the bottom of the building and possibility to go to the city center without a car.

The house is very nice, very well-equipped. We had a lovely stay, very quiet. Nearby tours and hikes are available. Rebecca was always responsive to our questions.

Very nice little renovated sheepfold. The little touches in the bathroom are appreciated: toothpaste, make-up remover and creams are available. We had a pleasant stay there.

A very pleasant rental, a clever mix between the fact that you feel at home, and the change of scenery due to the tasteful decor and a very well thought-out layout. The spaces are large. Everything is functional and well-equipped. Benjamin is very welcoming and attentive. The plus for a stay during the holiday season: a beautiful Christmas tree!... just like at home ;-)

What the listing does not emphasise enough is the high quality of the way this 300 year old property has been renovated. Plus, the decor and fittings are high quality: it really is like living in a real home, not simply a place that has been kitted out on a budget just for AirBnB. And... always a good sign.... the kitchen knives are sharp, there is an apron for the cook, and spices and herbs are provided. For those of you from the UK, think of the best of 'Rural Retreats' (a very high quality set of holiday rental properties.) The property is in a tiny hamlet of 3 houses. It really is a quiet and beautiful setting. Virginia is generous with access to the garden (which is shared with her home). She is the perfect combination of being friendly but not intrusive.

Very nice quiet and very well-located village center house for visiting the southeast of the Charente

9 of us stayed at this beautiful house for the past week and we had plenty of space! The house offers inside and outside living, 3 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen! Everything you’ll need for a family get away is here. There is loads of little towns with restaurant each with their own quirky charms! Ribérac market and the river beach are a must to visit! Highly recommended.

We spent the Holy Week in Noémi's accommodation and it was fantastic, the house was spotless, everything clean and tidy, with everything you need of crockery and kitchenware, the comfortable beds, the spacious bathroom and the living room very nice, the outside is very large and very careful, with more than enough space for our b***h to have a great time, nearby is Le Bugue, a town with all the amenities and half an hour from many places of interest. The deal with Noémi was quick and any questions or issues can be resolved quickly. A highly recommended house.

A little problem with the entrance (maybe my fault) but apart from that everything went very well, the apartment was pristine, there were towels and other great amenities. The location is also very close to the city center on foot. Thank you :)
