Welcome to this unique and tranquil getaway, a little gem, 2 minutes to the sea. The area offers many hiking trails, fantastic nature where animals and people meet after the sea coast. The accommodation consists of a newly built Atterfall and a newly renovated Friggebod 2023, 2 beds in each house, with shared toilet and shower and kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included. The island has grocery stores, a health center and a pharmacy. Golf course with 18 holes. The island is rich in culture, flea markets, small shops and places to eat.

Fresh cottage with limestone floors. Steep ladder up to the sleeping loft with room for 2 people in a shared bed 160 cm wide. There is a small children's mattress next to it. In the living room/kitchen, there is a sofa, but not for sleeping in. You have access to the patio. Walking distance to the sea. Note: Right now, the exterior of our house next to the cottage is being renovated, but it will not cause any disturbance as we do not do anything when renting out. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
