We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

The accommodation is modernly decorated and filled with natural light. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy beach activities. On the private sun deck, you can enjoy the sun, swim in the hot tub or grill the evening's dinner. Relax in this unique and quiet 30 sqm accommodation located by the sea with its own jetty. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good public transport. There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Walking distance to the island of Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
