We ask tenants to feed our cats and chickens that stay outside. We are 15 min from St-Emilion, 35 min from Bordeaux, 18 min from Libourne and 2 min from Branne, where you will find all amenities.

La Volière is located on a rocky promontory, overlooking a beautiful farm where a few sheep roam. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In the summer, you can enjoy access to the shared swimming pool. Many wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe the ocean, it's not far!

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
