The apartment is really very nice and clean, it also has the style of Cinzia, a person who loves sincerity and simplicity, as well as the beauty of nature. She has always been available to requests and has always provided useful suggestions. I highly recommend this place, essential and comfortable, both for those who want to spend days in the mountains and at the sea, easily accessible but remaining a little off the classic tourist routes.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in a quite town. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and a kitchen to have home cooked meals. It sits above a bar and pizza place which makes meals out convenient.

Great restaurant across the street, easily reachable: 20 minute walk from airport, 10 minute walk to train station. Apartment is cosy but very well equipped with modern appliances and a clean bathroom. Loved the little balcony. We had a good stay, would stay here again.

The apartment is located in a very nice area. Inside is well furnished, clean and confortable. Susanna described well the checkin and always answered punctually to any question.

Wow! Superb apartment in a great location, close enough to everything but far enough away so nice and quiet. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, air con was most welcome. Communication with Gabriele was excellent , lots of info before we arrived that was very useful. We were met on arrival by Leonardo, who was lovely. He explained everything we needed to know before leaving us to enjoy the sights. Can't thank you all enough for your help when we were trying to organise our return transfer to the airport x Recommend a visit to Lucca , about 30 minutes away by train, stunning!! Amazing little apartment. In good proximity to the City Centre and all the main attractions. Very clean and well-kitted. Damiano and Helena were always at hand to support and advise when needed. For example, there was a power-cut in the neighbourhood and both of them were very quick in responding to our questions. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Pisa and the surrounding region.

We stayed at Elton's place in June and were completely satisfied. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and had enough space. We were able to arrive flexibly and were received very nicely, everything was explained to us exactly. If we needed any questions or tips afterwards, we got an answer within 20 minutes. A service that is not self-evident. The apartment is equipped with everything practical and on top of that there was very delicious coffee. The parking space is also very practical, so the car is safely parked. Right around the corner is a super delicious ice cream parlor, several fruit shops, a pharmacy, a drugstore, an ATM and various cafes and restaurants. The sea is within walking distance, but for a fee (up to 50 euros daily). Approximately 15 minutes away by car are also beautiful free natural beaches, which are also very beautiful. All around we really liked it very much and we will be happy to come back!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly received. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

We had a great time at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. Change of scenery guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

The apartment is very nice, newly renovated, well prepared to receive guests. Simone was a host with excellent communication and provided us with clear instructions. Everything was neat, tidy, and free of clutter. The location is right in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. We'll be happy to come back!

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
