We had a lovely stay at Ruth's place. The cottage was easy to find and access. Parking was easy. Once inside, it felt cozy right away and we made ourselves at home - both my daughter and I settled into our rooms quickly then we went for an explore. Tideswell is lovely - nice shops and friendly people. The house's kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and of a good size, the rooms were clean, and the WiFi worked well. We had everything we needed for the time we were there and wish we could have stayed longer.

Carol was a great host, giving super clear instructions and recommendations for walks! The place is lovely and has everything you need, including shower gel (which was super helpful because I’d forgotten ours!). In a great location if you are wanting to go for the walks in the area. Lots of lovely cafes and a great Italian are a 30 second walk away. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Loved Tideswell and this cottage was fantastic. Close to all the amenities in Tideswell, great pubs and such a good area for walks. The welcome basket was a very generous touch and very much appreciated. We loved our stay, thanks very much.
