The house is lovely and exceptionally designed, as in the photos The location is very central- 5 minutes walk to Amor beach and 10 minutes walk to the city center of Pipa The pool is fantastic, and the touches and unique designs are excellent! The only thing to note was that the main living area is open and cannot be air conditioned, so it's very hot to stay there during the day. There is a ceiling fan, though.

Spectacular! The house is as described by Monica and above all things very close to everything. This aspect was important because it was my first time in Pipa and it is just like that. You are a 5-minute walk from praia do centro, 15 de Praia do amor and you have the main avenue (Av dos golfinhos) very close by. Even already staying you can go through the hallway leading to Rua do Ceu (Beco du Ceu) and you are closer to everything still. The house has everything there is nothing missing and has so much nature that to go to rest and disconnect is ideal apart from the privacy there is. I definitely recommend 100% and on an upcoming trip to Pipa I would return to this house without hesitation. Monica the host is always attentive to everything you need a genius!

The cottage is very well located, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, the center and with a short walk we arrived at the beach, which by the way are beautiful! The cottage is well equipped as in the listing, ideal for two couples and Roberto always responded quickly. Wooded inn with a warm pool. I would come back and recommend it!

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We spent a weekend at Clotilde's house and it was spectacular. The house is perfect for hosting families and friends who want to get to know the Tibal do Sul and Pipa region. We really love the house. It is very functional, with the kitchen integrated into the leisure area, with a swimming pool and barbecue. I 100% recommended

We loved the stay at José's apartment, a very attentive and flexible person, we have a one-year-old baby, we requested to enter a little earlier and in a very kind way he accepted despite the check-in policy. At check-out time there was a small communication error that was our fault, since my number had changed and the previous one remained in the app, but we arrived at check-out time and managed to leave the apartment for Dejan to clean and deliver to the new guests on time The location is spectacular, in the very center of Pipa and those who, like us, go by car can arrive, park it and enjoy, you won't need anything else. I thank the hosts very much for everything and we will certainly be back to this accommodation

Rafael is an excellent host. He was always attentive to everything. His house is very nice, comfortable and equipped. Located in a very safe condominium. Very clean, impeccable and with everything guests need. He didn't miss a single detail. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into it. Perfect for a nice family stay in Pipa. From the moment we booked through the platform, Helena contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the accommodation we had constant communication. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house, close to the main beaches such as Do Amor and Centro, and also close to supermarkets. Helena and her father welcomed us incredibly! They gave us a complete explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt right at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father helped us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts for a good stay. On the last day we got together to have a barbecue with them. Finally, I want to point out that Helena is a professional chef and has an incredible menu. I recommend you try the fish with shrimp. Tremendous!

I took my mom to celebrate her birthday and this was her feedback: The birthday celebration couldn't be better in this lovely home. Everything impeccable from floor to ceiling. Very complete! Very clean, all appliances in perfect condition, sheets, towels, the hammocks smelled clean, in short, this was the best house I've ever been to. I miss it! I want to go back. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending rest days. This is the perfect home.

Very cute house with a nice garden and pool, in line with the pictures online. Seems very natural since the living room and kitchen are not closed rooms. Perfect if you want a more relaxed, calm atmosphere, as it is in a quiet area, while you can still walk to the city center and beach in about 15-20min. Only thing that I would mention is that it was hard to open the door when we got there, as the key did not seem to turn well. But fortunately the host was able to come in person and solve the issue.

Beautiful location inside a super safe condominium, stylish and cozy interior of the house, maintains a half-light proposal in the house creating a beautiful environment but I would prefer more natural light to enter during the day. The swimming pool and outdoor area, like the barbecue, are really nice, they were both relaxing. Good, clean rooms, good, comfortable beds. The location is good, but going to the beach with children without a car is a little more complicated, but this is a problem with PIPA and not with the house in particular. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely come back

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The accommodation exceeded our expectations, the space is even more beautiful and pleasant than in the photos. We were greeted by Carol, who was extremely receptive and welcoming, in addition to making a delicious breakfast and being very attentive to cleanliness. The only point we believe could be improved is the location of the air-conditioning condensing units in some rooms, since the way they are arranged ends up heating the house a lot (in addition to the heat already expected on a beach, of course) although this point did not compromise our experience. On a return to Pipa, we would certainly like to return to the red house.

To date, it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, amazing pool, there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. There is everything and normal price, cash-and-carry father and son. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics, dishes, pots… if you want to save money, you can buy groceries and cook at home. I'll definitely be back later this year. Thanks to the couple who own the place. Everything is very easy and practical. For those who have never been to Pipa, everything is very close.
