Vacation rentals with beach access in Tibau do Sul

Pipa is a dream!!! And the apartment is ideal, located around the corner from downtown and in front of the beach. The bed is super comfortable, air conditioning and everything you need for your stay. 24-hour reception also makes a difference. We're leaving, looking forward to returning!!

The apartment is wonderful. Very beautiful decor and good quality furniture. The well-equipped kitchen with everything working. Air-conditioned and closet rooms. Communication with the hosts was very efficient and fast. The condominium itself is very quiet and with a perfect pool. The only downside was the internet, which despite having two networks, both were very slow and did not carry some social networks, nor did Netflix on TV. No more, I highly indicate the location. Wonderful!!!

Very good experience. The apartment is very spacious and bright. It's in front of the beach. This allows both easy access and a beautiful view. Very good shower. It has very good soundproofing, which allows you to enjoy the light and view, while no sound gets in. To all this we must add that Jose always responded quickly. And very important: Djan's kindness and efficiency, who always responded quickly and with a very good disposition to any need. Highly recommended.

Daniel is a very kind and nice person. His property is excellent and allowed us to stay in Pipa in a very good way. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a comfortable balcony and a very nice living room. The location of the apartment is very close to the center and there is a pleasant feeling in the apartment complex.

The apartment met our expectations and is just as seen in the publication: spacious, with a good view, excellent cleanliness. I also want to highlight the friendliness of the reception staff. It's in a prime location, close to everything. We had a problem with the shower faucet and our host was very kind to resolve the issue quickly. We would stay in this apartment again and recommend it :)

We just spent incredible days at Ana Beatriz's home in Pipa! The location is perfect, close to everything, but at the same time in a quiet area to relax. The house is super well-equipped, it has everything we need for a comfortable stay, and the outdoor area is an invitation for pleasant moments. In addition, Ana Beatriz was extremely attentive and always quick in the answers, making the experience even better. We highly recommend and we will definitely return!

The house is a dream, located 300m from Playa do Amor, near the center, meters from supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery, bars, everything you need. The pool is beautiful, and the entire layout of the house. My dog Lulu who accompanied us on this vacation enjoyed the park which is duly fenced for our tranquility. Spectacular! The house is as described by Monica and above all things very close to everything. This aspect was important because it was my first time in Pipa and it is just like that. You are a 5-minute walk from praia do centro, 15 de Praia do amor and you have the main avenue (Av dos golfinhos) very close by. Even already staying you can go through the hallway leading to Rua do Ceu (Beco du Ceu) and you are closer to everything still. The house has everything there is nothing missing and has so much nature that to go to rest and disconnect is ideal apart from the privacy there is. I definitely recommend 100% and on an upcoming trip to Pipa I would return to this house without hesitation. Monica the host is always attentive to everything you need a genius!

Simone's house is wonderful and, honestly, I found it even better in person. The layout of the house is great, with the rooms on one side and the kitchen integrated with the living room on the other side. As we went with children, it was possible to leave them sleeping in the bedroom and enjoy in the living room without waking the children to our noise. Everything is well organized, clean, well decorated and well equipped; everything we need to cook, we find in the house. Region very quiet and quiet.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is just like the photo and even better! In addition to being very well located and we were able to do several walking tours. Staying at Mirante is an incredible experience. The place is gorgeous and an excellent opportunity to connect with nature. The staff was super attentive and helpful when we had any issues. We loved working remotely from here and plan to come back soon!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

The flat is very good, everything is organized, large bedroom and bathroom, right in front of the pool that has a bar. Quiet location, very nice. The air-conditioning works great! Everything is clean. It has kitchen accessories to make breakfast, parking, the condominium is very large and beautiful. Easy access to restaurants, shops, etc.

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

Everything is perfect, exactly as shown in the photos photos. It has an air fryer that helped us a lot, we easily prepared meals for the beach or afternoon snacks. A large refrigerator with a freezer would also help. We could bring frozen water to the beach, which is very useful. I would have liked to have toilet soap, since we arrived early in the morning and would have liked to be able to bathe. Another suggestion would be to have two clotheslines, since with the towels and beach clothes, one is not enough. But these are details that can be used to improve. Also, and essential for Argentines, an electric kettle, it is cumbersome to heat the water in a pot, but well, details... The place is comfortable, the bus stops at the corner, which is very useful to go to the most distant beaches. The pool has good hours, until 10 pm. Everything excellent. Very satisfied and looking forward to returning.
