No doubt an amazing place, foot in the sand, the location is perfect, the Flat is perfect! I will be back with complete certainty! The commune, the welcome all wonderful! Flat is sensational and meets absolutely every need! It's been an exceptional 6 days.

I stayed a total 2 months at this place and loved it - I love being close to nature, something this place certainly offers because luckily the trees weren't cut off, whilst also being quite close to the main road of Pipa and the beaches. The hosts are very lovely and always ready to help! And they speak English.

Excellent location, both the flat inside the resort and the resort with respect to restaurants and beaches. There was a problem with the outer plumbing, which flooded the space when it rained. It was not possible to resolve during the stay, which got in some way.

The stay was wonderful! The space is beautiful, super cozy and well taken care of in every detail — both in the common areas and in the room, which was comfortable and welcoming. The atmosphere conveys peace and tranquility, ideal for relaxing. And the service was excellent: all very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. A very positive experience, which I highly recommend for sure!

Very cozy place, everything as shown in the photos. Less than 50 meters from the beach where there are snack tours and natural pools. Access near the main avenue with the attractions of bars, shops and restaurants where we can walk even at night. We loved it and will definitely be back.

A vibrant green wall complements wooden cabinetry, with various kitchen appliances visible, including a coffee maker and microwave. Mosaic tile backsplash adds a decorative touch, while natural light illuminates the space.

Good house, comfortable amenities, air-conditioning in all the rooms, which makes it easy for the guest to be comfortable. Complete kitchen utensils, the barbecue and the minibar are great additions and facilitators. We only had a problem with the refrigerator that clogged the drain twice and stopped freezing (but the host was ready and requested a technician to fix it). Very good house, I recommend it.

My husband and I really liked the flat, The host was extremely helpful, the flat was spacious and extremely pleasant. On the downtown street, we did everything on foot, we kept the car and even went to the beach on foot. I need to mention here about the bed and pillows, extremely comfortable, apart from the cleanliness. Simply impeccable, every year we go to Pipa twice, and we will certainly return to this accommodation 😃

One of the best stays I've ever seen at Pipa. Nadja is very thoughtful and the flat is perfect and complete with everything you can imagine. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest as a couple or with family, it's the right place. It is far from the center to walk, but if you are by car, 5 minutes will arrive quietly. In my case where I went with my girlfriend, the place is extremely perfect, because our purpose was to enjoy the beaches, surf, enjoy the center of the kite at night and look for a quiet place to sleep and rest… And the Nadja flat fit perfectly with our weekend, sure we'll be back more often. Thanks for everything Nadja, it was great.

Quiet place, cozy and relatively close to the center of Pipa (between 8 and 10 minutes walking). There are many shopping points nearby: supermarket, lunch spot, laundry, etc. Breno, the boy who was there for us to receive, was very requested and gave us all the assistance we need. Finally, our stay was worth it and I highly recommend the site.

We had an excellent stay in Vilma's apartment. The location is ideal, right in the center of Pipa and one block from the beach. The place is just as it is shown in the pictures. I highlight the kitchen that is very well equipped and the beautiful balcony it has. I want to make special mention to the condominium staff, they have been very friendly and always willing to help. I am looking forward to coming back, thank you very much Vilma.

For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.

A large, inviting pool glistens in the sunlight, surrounded by well-maintained greenery and tropical plants. Two-story buildings line the pool area, and well-defined walking paths lead towards the outdoor space, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Rosy as a host is a 10! The place is very close to the beach, downtown... we did everything on foot... the pool area is beautiful, very modern, large, comfortable, we enjoyed it very much after the beach, the schedule is until 10 pm so we took advantage of it... the apartment with all the amenities, very clean, tidy... the kitchen is very complete, with all the utensils, the front that each apartment has, with chairs and a table, facing the pool, ideal! We would definitely come back...

I went with my husband and sister and we just loved the stay. Clean and cozy atmosphere, as shown in the photos and description. The apartment has everything we need for a quick stay. The hotel services completed the quality of our trip, the staff always polite and helpful. The accommodation is right in the center, close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. I recommend the community and going to Pipa again, I would definitely stay in the same place.
