The inn where the apartment is located is beautiful, very nice facilities, with a gym, swimming pool and very nice restaurant. It is located on the main street of Pipa. There are many restaurants nearby, shopping markets, and some businesses where you can buy clothes. To access the beach De Los pescadores, you have to walk about 200mts/300mts. It's not one of the most beautiful in Pipa, but it's fine. The apartment is very comfortable, has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, a balcony overlooking nice floors, very private and quiet. The only thing missing is an electric pava, to heat the water for the mate. It has 3 large TVs, but being very close, and separated by a wall, when you wanted to control one, we would also change the TV in another bedroom. It has 3 air conditioners, excellent! They work very well, and they almost do not make noise, it does not feel that they are on. It has a small refrigerator, which does not freeze, but it cools well. You have an Alexa! The apartment is beautiful, I recommend it!!

The place is very nice and comfortable. We love our home. The only negative point is the location, although it is close to the center the access is by dirt road and the exact location does not appear in the GPS. It is necessary to keep an eye on the signs when you are nearby.

Whenever I go Pipa I like to stay in this condominium, but in Shirley's apartment it was the first time. The experience was wonderful, the apartment surprised me positively. Beautiful space, very well equipped, cozy, and very good taste. Shirley was a cute one! Very friendly, caring, kind and caring. I will definitely be back in this apt. Gratitude!

We had a great stay at Felipe's place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The balcony is a great place for a relaxing beer in the hammock at the end of the day! The pool is really nice too. The location within Pipa is perfect, being just a couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the main street, plus, of course, the beaches. Felipe was very helpful, always responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out. Next time we are in Pipa I'm sure we'll stay again!

Great stay! Very close to the center, you do everything practically on foot, parking, condominium complete with swimming pools, restaurant and bar, in the accommodation there is several equipment for kitchen, wonderful bed, everything very clean and fragrant, the desire to live forever!

Everything was perfect. Accommodation, location and structure of the condominium. Thus I highly recommend the accommodation, quiet and very close to the centrinho. For walking there are more inclined streets, but in 5min of arriving at Av. Main.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, clean environment, they provided us with bed and bath linens, on-site service ok and great communication with Rafael. Good beds, good kitchen utensils and bathroom with great shower. The location is good, very close to the beach in downtown Pipa and to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. We only had the inconvenience of very loud music at night, due to the proximity to the main street in the center. I don't recommend it for those who like silence and isolation, I highly recommend it for those who like partying.

My friends and I love the place, right in the center of kite, close to everything you have to do there. The condominium is great, we mainly like the pools

I felt at home, the house was super complete, on the street next to the access to the plateau. The huge pool, super safe and family atmosphere. I would always come back if it were closer. To the center where it is a long walk. We kept taking local taxis.

Simply great! The accommodation is very beautiful and cozy, the condominium is very green, with many trees and plants that make it very cool in the heat. The rooms of the apartment are very well organized and decorated, providing comfort. The entire kitchen and bathroom with functional items and without problems. Very clean environment. The pools and hot tub are great too. Very quiet place. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back more often.

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.

I have stayed at Solar several times and without a doubt Lucilene's apartment was the best I have ever stayed in. It is complete with everything, comfortable, functional, organized. I will return with absolute certainty. The location of the inn is wonderful, the tranquility too, it's a great choice!

André was attentive from the time of booking. He instructed us on everything from checkin to restaurant tips. The stay was very clean, organized and smeltful. The pictures portray very well as it is, but when I got there, I found everything even better. There are two rooms each on a different floor, and are separated by an external staircase, which gives a lot of privacy for those with more people. I went with my husband and stayed in the upper room, the Jacuzzi floor. The location is great, it is on the main avenue of Pipa and you can go to the centrinho on foot, super quiet. We love and will be back more often for sure!
