Clean house, well equipped and a great location for those who don't want to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the city center and not too far away. Quiet neighborhood and safe location. Éverton was super attentive. We'll be back for sure.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Wonderful stay! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Everything perfect, well-lined beds, left towels and sheets neatly clean. Geyse was extremely wonderful, whenever we needed it would respond super fast and help us in whatever it took. The house is wonderful! We'll come back more often!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. Simply charming experience! The photos already showed a beautiful place, but the reality exceeded all expectations. The space was even more charming and cozy than we imagined, with details that made the stay very special. The hosts were amazing, always quick to answer our questions and super helpful at all times. Our stay was amazing! Perfect for 2 couples! Erica is super kind, polite, attentive and good people, very quiet! The cottage is very complete and has an outdoor area that is surrounded by trees, a barbecue (we also used it), even though Erica lives in another house on the property, we have privacy! For those who like an accommodation that is close to the center, but quieter, it's great! If you go on foot to the center of the city, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes, and there is a market closer too! We loved the space, beautiful, clean and organized, we would definitely return to the place!!

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

Casa Paz is located in a quiet condominium with a great pool, and right near the main street of Pipa. The house is exactly like in the pictures, beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

Spectacular. The house is beautiful, the condominium is safe, the pool and vegetation are incredible. The house's terrace is spacious and well decorated. Everything worked perfectly, good kitchen, appliances, dishes, spacious rooms. I would stay at Marcel and Handrea's house. Both are always attentive to questions or responding. Great stay, Igor is a considerate host and has given us all the support we need. The house matches the statement, great location and the house accommodates a family and friends very well. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Our favorite part, the pool! The house manager Monica was very helpful in answering any questions we had and fixing any problems that popped up. She even helped coordinate our trips to and from the airport. The location is perfect as you’re walking distance to everything in the town. Will be back if I return to Pipa.
