Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in... Extremely clean, fragrant and organized apartment. Many kitchen utensils and appliances. For those who like a set table, it has all the utensils. The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. One of the favorite stays of my life! And look, I've stayed in dozens of places and cities. The apartment is super cozy, very well located and has an indescribable view! The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. We already miss the apartment and we intend to return soon!

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.
