Excellent stay! Wonderful location, with beautiful ocean views. Cozy and very organized house. The host was helpful, quick to respond and kind. I intend to come back again and again.

The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

Wonderful location on the artists' beach, about 25 minutes from the black beach, I thought it was wonderful. For the Majority of the walks we did as a jacuma lagoon, pitangui lagoon, Rio de fogo, Maracajaú, purity… all were after the artists' beach. So it was less distant, last year we stayed at Ponta negra beach, and we found it very far from these places. So super recommend Joyce's flat. Gorgeous view, well clean flat, clean pool, the place for bathing is very nice , stay the natural pools, very good for us and our children. Our accommodation was wonderful.

Everything was great! Paula welcomed us and the house was just as advertised. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place with walking access to the beach.

It was all very good, the house is beautiful and has everything we need. The pool is amazing, the water was always warm; towels and linens clean and smells. We had Cassia cooking for us, Samara tinkering with the house, and Gói cleaning the pool daily and giving several tips from the area. The beach is very close, but we prefer to go by car all the time (3 min), because we were with young children. It has natural pools, good for bathing and diving.

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

Casa Paixão is wonderful, very comfortable and in a very calm and quiet place. The co-host Neide welcomed us very well, always very cheerful and lively. We loved her. Our host Marcos, always attentive and helpful, all the requests I made, Marcos responded promptly. We were delighted with the house and our family stay was very good… I recommend Casa Paixão and we will certainly return.

Excellent service, very comfortable and complete! A few steps from the most beautiful beach, Praia do Amor, the pool is large and comfortable. The apartment had everything, and Ulf and Cath's service was first-class!!

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

This was a great Villa to stay in, the place was even better than the photographs on the website. From the perfect location (on the beach) the hosts have everything you need inside for a luxury villa like this from coffee machines, air fryers, plenty of utensils for dinner party or BBQ! The place is safe, secure and in a very welcoming town. We loved our stay here and we will certainly be going back to stay in this villa in the future!

our family loved everything in our stay, the cook Estela, Kaline and Lu were wonderful, left the family at will gave great tips and cared for us with great affection, helped in shopping and in everything else, they are wonderful. Mr. Maurício and an excellent host, made us feel at ease and yet gave valuable tips for rides and places to buy groceries, and an odd kindness! the house is excellent we have accommodated with great comfort, we love everything, quite equipped and modern. the sea is IMPECCABLE, warm water light waves, everything perfect. very close there are 2 restaurants and some tents, but the flow of people is low, I love the beach so. The crinacas have a lot of fun and there is no danger with strangers. We will come back next year, certainly!!

The house was clean , offers the utensils you need to prepare meals, it is also close to commerce and pizzerias. The upper floor room has a beautiful view of the sea. The house is very close to the beach, where we were able to bathe as it forms natural pools, we walked by the sea and enjoyed the sunset. The small swimming pool is very cool for those with a child, my 3-year-old daughter very much liked being shallow.

Everything was great, new and tidy house, beach view, close to downtown street. I recommend it and would return.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!

The house is beautiful, large, well-equipped and the place is very quiet. The condominium is a few minutes by car from downtown São Miguel. As we went in the low season we had the beach and pool almost private, but the city did not have many establishments open. When the tide lowers the beach makes pools that are great for those who have babies. We love the stay and we intend to return!

Andreas place was out of a movie perfect. Truly a hidden gem! We will be back. And highly recommend.
