I spent Easter with my family at Fernanda's house and it couldn't have been better. A Naiara, the cook that Fernanda indicated, was great! The seafood rice and the pudding she made were divine. She prepared everything with great care and attention before we arrived. The house is on a beautiful beach, the pool is delicious. It couldn't have been better! Let's come back more often!

Our stay in Pipa was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location just 20 min by foot from the center avenue. What made it even more special was the kindness of our host and the wonderful people who took care of the house—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is excellent for large groups, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. All rooms are suites, with air conditioning and a fan, which guarantees very pleasant nights even with a lot of people. The kitchen is wide, well equipped and perfect for preparing meals for many people. The host was super helpful and attentive throughout the stay. The only downside is that the nearby beach has many stones, and it is necessary to walk a little to find a good place for bathing. Overall, the experience was great and I recommend it for those looking for a comfortable and well-structured space for large groups.

I recommend the super organized, clean (super fragrant bed and bath linens) and functional house with all the utensils we needed, including the helpful employee who left everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we used at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice stay in Rodrigo's house! There were 7 of us, including 2 children. Comfortable beds, beautiful garden area with several places to stroll! The caretaker and his wife were welcoming, prepared some small dishes for us and were attentive to us! The beach is at the end of the garden and frequented by few people! Nothing negative to say! My partner is Brazilian and so there was no communication problem otherwise few people speak English in the area!

Cannot describe in words what a magical home this is. We were apprehensive at first wondering if it would live up to the pictures and the price but we were blown away. Suzanne was super responsive. She addressed all our requests including an extra mattress and a JBL speaker. Not only is the home spectacular but the service wow! Dahyani the house manager took care of anything we needed. The meals prepared by the two chefs were restaurant level - we ended up only eating out once. The house is right next door to the Gostoso kite surf school which made it super convenient to take lessons. This is hands down the most beautiful home in San Miguel de Gostoso.

The property met 100% of the expectations. The listing's description and photos are over. All rooms tastefully decorated. All clean. Clean and functional kitchen integrated with living room, balcony and garden. The garden area with the pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Sofia, the hostess, gave us all attention during our stay, worrying about our well-being. His housekeeper, Fabiana, who is native to the site, is a lovely person, giving us all the support daily. Anyway, they were very fruitful days, with tranquility and rest. It's worth it !

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything was impeccable: organized environment, impeccable cleaning, well-kept garden and a delicious pool. The beds were very comfortable, with new mattresses, and the rooms were air-conditioned, ensuring even more comfort. Ian has always been very attentive, responding quickly whenever we need it and giving us great tips for tours and restaurants in the city. In addition, it prepared everything for our arrival with great affection, leaving water and fruit as a special treat, which we love!
