The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

The house is a dream, located 300m from Playa do Amor, near the center, meters from supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery, bars, everything you need. The pool is beautiful, and the entire layout of the house. My dog Lulu who accompanied us on this vacation enjoyed the park which is duly fenced for our tranquility. Our stay was wonderful, the house is just like the photo and even better! In addition to being very well located and we were able to do several walking tours. Erica is a great host. She gave us lots of tips for Pipa and its beaches and restaurants. The house is even better than it looks on the pictures. It's located in a big garden, in a quiet and secluded area where you can hear a lot of birds early in the morning. The place is perfect for relaxing in one of the hammocks after a day at the beach. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

The apartment was as advertised. We travel as a family. With children and we enjoyed it very much. 10 blocks from the center of Pipa, 3 blocks from the beach. Very good location. The kitchen equipment was very complete and everything worked perfectly. The host was always very friendly and often gave us recommendations for the city, always attentive. It has parking and a very good pool.

Loved it, will come back more often! Everything complies, clean and functioning. Facing the pool, on the quieter side of the condominium, super indico!

The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. As always, Natal is amazing but our stay in the appartment of Eva was next level! Great appartment on walking distance of the beach. Eva and her husband are amazing hosts, the best i ever experienced! When i'm going to Natal again in the future, and i will, the first thing i will do is to check if Eva her appartment is available. I wish i could give 10 start!
