Monthly Rentals in Tibāt

Katerina’s place is very cosy, with a great vibe, quite spacious and well equipped. There was everything you need from all kind of kitchen utensils to trash bags, detergent, coffee capsules, bottled water and even some food supplies. The apartment complex is located on an artificial island, with a 2,5km promenade, with kids playgrounds, sport facilities, and a few fast food joints. There is a outdoor pool and private beach with free sunbeds, and a barbecue area. The only downside is that some sites are still under construction, and one of the construction sites is next to the beach which spoils the tranquility of the place - as of April 2025 they were just starting the construction. However, construction can be seen and heard only from the beach but not from the apartment or the pool area. There is a gym, underground parking (both free for tenants) and a supermarket which makes your stay fully complete. Finally, there is fast WIFI and a big screen smart TV in the apartment.

beautiful and cozy apartment , looked exactly like the pictures. clean with all listed amenities available.the walk outside was amazing. had a great stay with very responsive and cooperative host. hoping to visit again. ❤️

I had an amazing stay! The restaurants below the apartment block and the private beach are amazing. The apartment itself is so clean and well put together. I totally recommend it to anyone! Juliia's response time to guests is brilliant. The hot water cylinder leaked and after mentioning it, was replaced the same day while I was away (as arranged), and you would never be able to tell anyone was there! Thank you so much for sharing your apartment with me for the last month!
