Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tías

We truly enjoyed this little pearl. We should have brought friends to enjoy the great garden, bar and bbq together. Since we were here with a baby we didn't take the most out of the lovely accomodation but really everything we needed for our little one was there, just perfect. She loved the toy tower :).

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist absolut top – in einer ruhigen Gegend, die perfekt für Erkundungstouren ist. Jeden Morgen genossen wir den wunderschönen Meerblick, der zum Verweilen einlud. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war exzellent; alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war das Bett, das mit 1,40 m Breite für uns zu klein war. Trotzdem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Lorenzo s’est montré très accueillant et bienveillant. Hyper réactif lorsque nous lui avons posé des questions. Concernant le logement tout est complet pour pouvoir y séjourner. Les lits sont faites à l’arrivée, des serviettes de douche et de plage sont mises à disposition. Le mobilier de cuisine est très complet.

Very nice house just like described and shown on the pictures. Very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. Nice terrace, garden, very clean and no neighbors. Perfect for relaxing. We can really recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the big hotels on the island. Hope to stay here again some time :)

Perfectly located in Puerto (close to the center, supermarket, beaches…), with everything you need to have a nice stay and explore the Island. I recommend

A truly unique place to stay! The apartment has volcanic rocks built right into the interior and comes with everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely—there’s a BBQ and a separate little kitchen next to it, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, with vineyards growing in black volcanic soil just nearby. What really made the stay special was our host, Dani—kind and genuinely warm. He had left croissants, jam, coffee, and tea in the kitchen—just what we needed to start off right.

We have stayed in many places but this is the best so far. Pilar responded immediately to any questions. Absolutely loved the place, would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige, neue und gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist toll konzipiert, sodass sie für andere nicht einsehbar ist und man Privatsphäre hat, außerdem ist die Aussicht aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die Stadt wirklich schön! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und aus den Schlafzimmern kann man ebenfalls direkt das Wasser sehen. Die Disco hat uns nicht gestört, war kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex, was ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen Supermarkt und viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und den Strand (!) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ort bietet einiges, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Borge und Dina sind tolle Gastgeber! Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Lovely apartment, in a quiet area, although close to Supermarket, Restaurants and the beach. Carol & Tim have thought of everything you would need for your stay. I will definitely return to Carol's apartment. Carol is a great host and is available if you need anything. We were lucky and didn't need to bother Carol on our visit.

A beautiful apartment, exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It is located an easy 5 minute walk to the main avenue in Puerto Del Carmen, but only 1 minute to the nearest SPAR. Chrisbel was the perfect host, providing recommendations for restaurants, breaches as well as info on local services. We we're there 4 weeks and on request a full cleaning was arranged when requested. Many thanks for a great holiday.

Perfect apartment for what we paid, exceptionally clean, nice private little garden, perfect location. This apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. If I was to be picky, I would say it could do with some blinds/curtains in the kitchen and dining area, it’s quite overlooked but not necessary in a bad way, it’s just that the curtains would offer more privacy should you want it, although this wouldn’t put me off returning. Overall nothing to complain about from us, we had a very enjoyable break. Ellin was very responsive and a really friendly/accommodating host. Would recommend and we would certainly return. Logement qui répondait parfaitement à nos attentes! Propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire! Restaurant sur le bord de la plage à 10/15 minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer juste devant le logement facilement!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment. The place was spotless and exactly how it was described and looked in the photos. Paul was very responsive to messages and gave very clear insurrections of how to find where we were staying. We both definitely recommend staying here and will do so whenever we come back to Puerto Del Carmen.

This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment with a full size fridge freezer and cooker. It's close to the old town and a 15 minute walk to the strip (though its a horrible hill back). There were plenty of sunbeds round the pool and the complex is quiet. Communication was very good and we would definitely come back again

Estrellas Place was such a lovely find. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view over the vineyards from the garden and sunroom was just beautiful, ideal for slow mornings and coffee in the sun. The location is perfect for exploring the island if you’re planning to rent a car. The house is in the middle of the island, so everything is just a short drive away. Our host was so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We’d love to come back again!

Lovely apartment, perfect size for 2 - exactly like the photos which feels rare on Airbnb these days. Immaculately clean with many thoughtful touches (beach towels, beautifully decorated, very well equipped kitchen). Thanks again for a great stay!

Bell’appartamento, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla, vicina a un supermercato e comoda per muoversi in tutta l’isola. Daniel è stato disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro viaggio e ha accolto subito anche una nostra richiesta,super consigliato!

Enricos place is a marvellous place to stay. He was extremely helpful with any minor issues we had. The accommodation itself has a beautiful kitchen area with every possible utility imaginable including a dishwasher, fridge,microwave and oven. The bathroom has modern shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice temperature for sleeping. It has a beautiful balcony with seats and a table for alfresco dining. The view from the balcony is very nice with a sea view. Thank you Enrico for your hospitality and help. We will certainly be back. X

We have stayed in this apartment previously and loved it. It’s probably a little tired looking however absolutely clean and just as we remember it. We would definitely come back again.

We spent a wonderful six weeks at this lovely apartment, which was just like a home from home. The apartment itself had everything we could wish for to make our stay pleasing, including a nice big comfy couch and very comfortable beds. The balcony is a sun trap and a lovely area to relax in the sun. The location of this apartment is perfect, close to the beach and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and return to this little gem.

Amazing little find for our cheeky 3 day trip to Puerto Del Carmen. The hosts were fabulous and very accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us, extremely clean, everything you need is there. Beach towels, sun-loungers, even an umbrella for rainy days. (Luckily we had none) We booked this apartment based on guest reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The pool area was so relaxing with a beautiful breeze coming in from the sea. Location wise it was just right, a short stroll to the old town, and small beaches, the main strip and larger beach around 20 minute walk. The stand out of the apartment is the amazing views from the terrace over the pool and sea. We had a great break thank you Damian we will return.
