Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Stunning refurbished property ,offering breathtaking views,to the sea,and Fuertaventura. Very private, and not overlooked, in a rural area ,but close to Puerto del Carmen. Fantastic terraces for sunbathing, and dining. Built in barbeque,Hot tub, and pool table, all on ground level. On the upper level, an open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen, spacious bedroom and large shower room. 42" flatscreen tv with full tv package, free internet. Off road parking, and lockable gate. Richard’s villa, located just minutes from the beach, was perfect for our stay. We found the villa to be extremely comfortable and could not think of any ways in which our experience could have been improved. Hilary who looked after us during our stay was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we required to make our stay exceptional. I hope to return to this lovely property again, and would recommend to any friends and family travelling to the area! Thank you for an exceptional visit to Lanzarote!

Amazing villa, perfect peaceful location tucked away between the shops, bars, restaurants and the beach and sea. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s huge and has lots of different outdoor areas to sunbathe or eat or just relax in the sun or shade. Irene was so helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had a perfect week in this perfect villa and plan to come back. Thank you very much Irene.

We had an amazing stay!! The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, it was absolutely spotless and exactly as described, beautiful apartment in a quiet complex with shops and restaurants about a five minute walk away. The pool facilities were lovely and never too busy and the complex itself was peaceful and private. The one thing I would note is that it is at the top of a steep hill in the old town, so bear this in mind if you plan on walking everywhere! It took us about fifteen minutes to walk down to the main strip and a taxi back up the hill in the evenings was about €4. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

A truly unique place to stay! The apartment has volcanic rocks built right into the interior and comes with everything you could possibly need. The garden is lovely—there’s a BBQ and a separate little kitchen next to it, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The whole area is calm and quiet, with vineyards growing in black volcanic soil just nearby. What really made the stay special was our host, Dani—kind and genuinely warm. He had left croissants, jam, coffee, and tea in the kitchen—just what we needed to start off right.

A tranquil indoor spa area features a small covered pool with flowing water cascading over a stone edge. Natural light brightens the space, highlighting surrounding greenery and decorative elements against a textured wall. A view of the outdoor terrace can be seen through glass doors.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and with many accessories. Nachos is very welcoming, available and full of small touches that make our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is central on the island, a real plus for visiting. The spa pool is very pleasant especially at the end of the day after a day of sightseeing. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay. We highly recommend this accommodation if you want to have a relaxing and sightseeing time.

Lovely Apartment Very clean. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls and cleaning products. Couldn’t fault and will certainly stay there again on our next trip to the Island if it is not already booked. Perfect location .
