Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige, neue und gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist toll konzipiert, sodass sie für andere nicht einsehbar ist und man Privatsphäre hat, außerdem ist die Aussicht aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die Stadt wirklich schön! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und aus den Schlafzimmern kann man ebenfalls direkt das Wasser sehen. Die Disco hat uns nicht gestört, war kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex, was ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen Supermarkt und viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und den Strand (!) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ort bietet einiges, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Borge und Dina sind tolle Gastgeber! Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

We just returned from Lanzarote having stayed at Alvaro & Irena’s apartment. I can honestly say the apartment had everything we needed to have a relaxing & peaceful holiday. The location was excellent, in a peaceful part of town but close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was gorgeous- cosy & cute for couples. Finally, we made sure to visit Alvaro & Irena’s restaurant ‘La Carmencita’. My partner & I agreed this was the best meal we had on the island. Not only was the food amazing, but the hospitality shown by both hosts made us feel welcomed and, infact, special, on our trip away. Thank you Alvaro& Irena- we hope to visit again!

Richard’s villa, located just minutes from the beach, was perfect for our stay. We found the villa to be extremely comfortable and could not think of any ways in which our experience could have been improved. Hilary who looked after us during our stay was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we required to make our stay exceptional. I hope to return to this lovely property again, and would recommend to any friends and family travelling to the area! Thank you for an exceptional visit to Lanzarote!

We had an amazing stay!! The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, it was absolutely spotless and exactly as described, beautiful apartment in a quiet complex with shops and restaurants about a five minute walk away. The pool facilities were lovely and never too busy and the complex itself was peaceful and private. The one thing I would note is that it is at the top of a steep hill in the old town, so bear this in mind if you plan on walking everywhere! It took us about fifteen minutes to walk down to the main strip and a taxi back up the hill in the evenings was about €4. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très beau, propre et avec de nombreux accessoires. Nachos est très accueillant, a disposition et pleins de petits attentions qui rend notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement est central sur ile, un vrai plus pour visiter. La piscine spa est très agréable surtout en fin de journée après une journée de visite . Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique sejour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un moment de détente et de visite.

Great place with great road connection, max 30 mins driving to the most remote beaches of the island, 10/15 mins driving to all the major villages/town. The pool house is intimate and complete of everything you need, the pool is beautiful, more than in picture. Ryan is a great host, quite responsive and helpful, he cares about your staying and ready to support.

Séjour très très agréable dans ce logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Emplacement idéal afin de visiter l’île comme il se doit. Hôte réactive et attentive à nos besoins. Je recommande +++.
