Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tías

Stayed with our 2 year old for a week and it was simply beautiful! Warm pool for kids, beautiful decked area, great hot tub for us in evening. Truly home from home experience and everything you need. Philippa was great bringing us a mattress the next day for our toddler when there wasn’t one readily available, she also kindly let us check out late so he could have his midday nap (saving us from grumpy toddler all afternoon🙏) Would book again without hesitation. X

The house is a paradise. It has everything you need to spend a few wonderful days. The jacuzzi and pool are amazing to enjoy the sun and that every day ends in a relaxed way. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. Also, we were able to enjoy every morning with the scent of a nespresso. The house has a lot of details to be very comfortable and not to miss anything: air conditioning, books, grill, umbrella and games for the beach, guides to visit the island… it is also very close to the beach, a spectacular promenade and a lot of very cool restaurants! Highly recommended!

Another fabulous stay at this villa. We love it so much we usually come back every year! It's so peaceful, which along with the heated pool and hot tub, enables the batteries to fully recharge. There are two supermarkets in the area, along with some lovely restaurants and a sports bar, which means you can go out or stay in as you please. If you like walking, it's a beautiful 45 minitue coastal walk into town, which we did most days and the bus back is only €1.40. The bus stop is about 5 mins away from the villa, so you can also catch the bus into town or the marina and back if you fancy a change of restaurants and scenery, as Playa Blanca has it all!

Casa Lola is a tranquil private place in the middle of the island. Car hire is recommended however local taxi services can get you into Puerto Del Carmen if you want some bars/ restaurants. The villa itself is clean and has plenty of kitchen appliances as well as well as a noticeably clean oven! Jose, was responsive when we needed assistance. Including recommendations for taxi firms. As others have mentioned the wifi/ data connections are low speed. Never had any problems using the supplied Netflix or when using the “garden” WiFi but did have issues when connected in the lounge. Overall would stay here again. Both me and the wife had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the peace

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Karen's property was as listed if not better. Very organised, clean and well maintained with fantastic views and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. All communication was helpful and friendly, you can tell Karen really cares about her guest experiences. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures and the super king bed in the upstairs master suite was incredibly comfortable. Thanks Karen for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back one day!

Quiet and convenient location for exploring the north and centre of Lanzarote. Clean modern, very well presented and with a very comfortable bed. highly recommended.

A fantastic property! Absolutely loved our stay. Quiet neighbourhood, yet unbelievably close to the beach and the seafront restaurants and shops. Villa is a great size--big kitchen and sitting room, unique bathroom, nice size bedrooms, quirky architecture -- a perfect oasis! The pool area is so tranquil. The swimming pool and hot tub is much larger than expected, and both are in perfect condition and clean. The outdoor furniture was great too! Host was helpful and friendly. Property is private and secure. Cannot wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Eva's house with our 10 and 14 year old son. Great facilities and felt like a home from home the pool area was a highlight for the kids. Eva was amazing at responding to any questions we had and suggestions for restaurants places to visit etc. Nothing was to much trouble xx

We rented this apartment for a week and didn’t regret it for a moment. The place is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. It has everything you might need, and the beds are comfortable. The view from the window includes volcanoes, a charming red house, and the ocean — you can not only see it but also hear it, which adds a special atmosphere. The apartment’s nautical style brought a touch of romance. We had a wonderful time on the island. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality! Everything was great!

We had an exotic stay in this atypical accommodation in Yaiza! The house is very clean and well maintained, the view is absolutely beautiful and the place is very quiet. We enjoyed the tranquility and serenity of the place, perfect for unwinding. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful haven in Yaiza. Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

Lovely villa in a quiet little village. Fabulous restaurant within walking distance. Nazaret it a bit more remote so you need a hire car but lots of lovely towns closeby. The villa has a lovely pool, albeit very cold in May. Plenty outdoor space to lounge about and eat and drink. Decor was typically spanish, kitchen is well kitted out, although fridge could do with upgrade due to missing bottle holder on door. Bathrooms and bedrooms were simple but more than adequate. Host was very helpful but unobtrusive. Overall would definitely recommend this villa.

We Loved our stay at Lucia's Bali apartment. immaculate, private and set out petfectly Lucia is friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We loved out stay at Nelly’s and Ventura’s! Very friendly host who were always reachable. We felt instantly at home, especially with the cat who never left our side. The outdoor area is amazing! Everything you need and much more. We had a car so everything was close to us. Even with a half hour walk you have a lot of restaurants etc. The location is in a very private area but still close to Arrecife centrum. We will definitely remember this accommodation when we come back to Lanzarote!

This is an amazing space, so calm, peaceful. Brendan and Terrie are amazing hosts! They’re super thoughtful and attentive. The apartment is so clean and has ALL the amenities. We slept so well, it’s very quiet there. We will definitely come back if we can!

Had a great stay in this apartment, would stay here again and highly recommend. It had everything we needed, with lots of spare towels, beach towels and toiletries we could use. Great location, just a short walk to the strip with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We used both exits depending on where we were going and didn’t find the stairs too much. The pool area was clean and always had lots of available sunbeds. Pedro and Vinka were great hosts and were very helpful before and during our stay.

Even better in person, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like pure luxury so private yet 5 minutes in a car into Puerto del Carmen. The linen is extremely fresh and clean smelling, the bbq grill was great, the host was extremely helpful and also left a cake for my 30th and had balloons waiting for our arrival which was about 9.30pm and he still took the time to meet us and make sure we felt at home. This is the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in anywhere and we think it is an absolute steal the price for how gorgeous it is. We were a party of 4 but this place would be great for a couple , the bedrooms are so big and spacious with separate bathrooms, the biggest selling point is all of the outside space and the views. I would say if you have never stayed in Lanzarote before be prepared for the wind at night ( this is the first week in June), however the architecture is done so brilliantly that you can sit outside on a night. The bed was very comfy and huge!

Perfect This house is extremely well located for a week on the island What a pleasure in the evening to come back to such a quiet place Everything is perfect in the house: 2 bedrooms , a bathroom, a cooked area to make our evening dinners and the terrace for breakfasts and dinners completely sheltered from the wind We were welcomed by Bruno, Annette's husband and he was very welcoming We were able to enjoy a little of the heated pool ( the weather was capricious) A great stay if we have the chance we will come back without hesitation

Maria's place was amazing. Fully equipped with everything we needed and even more. (shower gel, shampoo, water bottles, oil, vinegar, spices, cleaning product, washing machine, iron, place towel, etc.) The place was very clean, the bed linen smelled really good. Maria is a very nice host, who gives a lot of advice and is very attentive. I had a problem with my glasses breaking the last night and her husband came to bring me something to fix them. My friends and I are unanimous, this is the best accommodation we've stayed in. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend the accommodation. Thank you so much Maria and your husband for your warm welcome and your little touches in the accommodation.

This apartment in Tías is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is incredibly spacious—much bigger than the photos suggest—spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail has been considered, making it extremely comfortable. The bed and sofa are exceptionally cozy, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is just as wonderful. The garden, pool, and sitting area create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a short drive from the airport. It was the perfect base for discovering Lanzarote. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Lara. She is such a kind and thoughtful host, always attentive and making sure we felt at home. Her recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Lara!
