Perfect getaway from the city in the middle of a coffee plantation. I’d definitely visit again. Serene and calm. The hosts were super proactive and gave us all instructions. They also were prompt to respond to any questions. Special shoutout to Shanthi, who took care of all our meals and made sure our stay was pleasant. Highly recommend this place and the local food was definitely one of the highlights. The other caretakers at the estate also made our stay super memorable.

This without a shadow of a doubt, was our best experience at an Airbnb! The home is set by the river side and both balconys have a view of the river. The entire property was beautiful, however the open kitchen area was our favourite spot, so much so that we cancelled all our plans to go out to eat at local restaurants. We just stayed there and ordered in. The host prasanna maam was lovely to talk to. Always available, proactive and extremely helpful in finding us transport when we couldn't find our own. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to kerala.

Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and authentic experiences.

Kalpa’s home is pure bliss. Located in a peaceful and tranquil surrounding, with a view of nature - trees, coffee plantation and huge fields - the stay was perfect for us - absolutely what we wanted! The home will give you sense of legacy - passed on from generations - every piece of furniture is well thought and placed with love. The home had a very nice porch - with easy chairs- nice paintings and a view of the vast space in front of the house ( Nature at its best!). The home has a pretty terrace - with a carrom board , enough seating and a cute swing. Kalpa welcomed us to her home and just made the experience so smooth - She made us food - veg & non veg both - all cooked with utmost love - the food was just sumptuous! I had taken my family- and they just loved the hospitality. They also have a coffee plantation - whoever visits - You should definitely take a walk in the morning and experience mother nature at its best! Thank you Kalpa! Note : Must visit!

Great location, spectacular views from the bedroom. Food was okay, as the cook was from the North so more oriented towards North Indian food. Otherwise it was a great stay. Always everything was on time as expected. Service was very good.

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

This place is peaceful and beautiful. If you are looking to spend sometime with nature, this is the place. I went there with my husband and my toddler. We spend such good time in the garden. Had a quiet quality time with my family. The house was well organised with all necessities including kitchen accessories. Washrooms were clean, bedrooms had sufficient light and the garden was beautiful. Will visit again :) Thanks a lot to Ayoob and Ahmed for being so approachable and helpful.

The host was very responsive and really humble and always available for any queries and made sure we felt right at home and arranged for early check in too. Will definitely visit again.
