This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.
