The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.
