We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We had Sunset Bay booked for a family get together and it was worth it. Place was spacious, and was maintained clean and hygienic. Manager ensured that checkin was very smooth. Care taker was available all the time. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, utensils and Glassware in place. It was kind to allow us to use the place for an hour post checkout as one of us had to attend a meeting. Toothpaste was not provided in the toiletries and it was difficult to find a shop for it. Restaurants are available at 5 km from the place. Swiggy is available with most of the restaurants delivering at a 45 minute window. Overall this place is absolutely recommended for a getaway.

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

A spacious bedroom features a wooden bed with a blue and white patterned quilt. Natural light fills the room through large glass doors that open to an outdoor seating area. A fan is mounted on the wall, and floral artwork adds a touch of decor.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

Ajay is a nice host and the Big Pineapple Estate stayed true to its description. A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of city life, nestled in a pineapple farm. Ajay's parents were also very supportive and helpful. Swimming pool is a huge bonus. Rooms were clean. Surely a place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.

I'd start by saying that I don't have words to appreciate it as it was sooo perfect that I'd still use the words to appreciate the host and the site. It was like walking into your home after coming from a hectic day and seeing that your mother has arranged everything neatly and cleaned it so good that you feel like lying on the floor. The place gave a very peaceful vibe. All my friends liked it as well, we were in awe of the place. The host has done a tremendous job to keep the place as clean as possible. Space wise it was enough to accommodate five people. Kitchen was provided with required utensils along with a mini freezer. Quilt is provided along with clean towels. Parking is also available inside the premises. Host is readily available to answer any of your query or request and is very humble and friendly. Totally recommend it to fellow travellers. A wonderful place to stay and relax. Beautiful and spacious old house converted to a heritage property with all modern amenities. Caretaker Ellamma is very friendly and helpful. She made out check in very easy. All the rooms were perfectly set as shown in the pictures. Padubidri beach is just 2 kms away. One of the most beautiful and well managed beaches I have seen so far. You can easily get transport from the circle nearby. Host is very humble and nice. She even allowed us 1 hour early check in. Got very good food and restaurant recommendations from her. Thank you so much for all your help to made our stay wonderful.

I stayed here for a night as part of my week long road trip across multiple locations along the coastal line. The property is at a very accessible location with prominent eating joints nearby. The place felt like home with everything one needs. We were a family of 3 but this place can easily accommodate 5 people. The key less check-in and check out was quite seamless. The host/co host were very friendly and welcoming. The price per night was externally reasonable compared to other similar properties nearby. At this price point, I highly recommend this place for your considering if you are planning a trip to Mangalore. Cheers!

Had a great time at Xavier’s place. He was very helpful from the moment of checkin till the time we checked out. From helping us get an auto to attending a call at 12am at night due to no power, he was always ready to accommodate our every request. Property itself was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and was easily findable from Google maps. It was even serviced by Swiggy and Zomato. Overall one of the most memorable Airbnb stays I had and would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Pradeep's Airbnb! The property was well-maintained, and the host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. This was the first time i decided to AirBnB my stay in Udupi (usually stay at 4 star hotels or temple rooms). Since this was a family of 4 adults and 1 kid,there were different expectations to be met (kid wanted beach access,aged parents wanted peaceful surroundings,I wanted easy Tempe access and to everything). I saw Pravin's listing and instinctively felt it would be right since the Villa photos and description looked natural. From the moment i booked until I checked out,Pravin was pro-active,highly responsive to my silly queries and one step ahead in ensuring that my needs were met. At this price ,i do not think I could have got all the 4star hotel facilities in Udupi or nearby areas that Pradnya Villa offers. I was able to have an enjoyable,memorable trip simply because the most important aspect of travel -accomodation was taken care of by Pravin's Villa . i am definitely going to be booking Pradnya Villa on every Udupi visit because of the warmth of Pravin's Udupi culture offered
