Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Thessaloniki

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

דירה נחמדה מאוד. בית קרקע בשכונה טובה יחסית שיש בה המון מסעדות, בתי קפה וסופרמרקטים.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

We stayed as a couple in May. This is a very compact flat with everything you need for a short stay. Although the space is compact, the flat has a very large, nice terrace with shades, which is very nice. The location is amazing, close to the central Aristotle Square, a few steps away from the sea, the flat is close to restaurants, bars, most places of interest. It can be a bit noisy at night due to bars on the street but once the double-glazed windows are shut, we were able to sleep peacefully. The hosts are very responsive, proactive and we didn't have any issues communicating. The internet speed was not good but the host told me that it is a temporary issue, however it was not resolved while we were staying. Very highly recommended.

We’ve vacationed many times in Thessaloniki to visit friends and family and we were glad to have stayed here. The apartment is much larger than the pictures and was spacious enough for our 4 year old to wander around. The apartment was very well stocked with food and coffee and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Located in the center of the city, there are tons of coffee and restaurants around as well as the beautiful metro that connects you to everything you would need. There is also a large playground across the street. It was also easy to get a taxi nearby as there is a taxi stand literally 50 meters away. We hope we can stay here again next time we are in town- we loved it !

Great studio ,totally renovated with modern and minimal details. Very clean it has everything you need for your stay in Thessaloniki. Big and nice bathroom with all the amenities. It has also a back yard if you want to sit outside and nice privacy. If you have car is a problem , as everywhere in the city, but this hasn't to do with the place it self. Many nice restaurants around, coffee shops, mini and super markets. Highly recommended

Sve je bilo super. Smještaj je u centru grada i sve je prilično blizu te se većina mjesta može pješice posjetiti. Grad i okolina je odlično uvezana autobuskim saobraćajem. Jedino što je u samoj zgradi malo ustajao i loš zrak, ali to nema veze s vlasnikom stana. Stančić je pristojan i odlično opremljen svime što je potrebno. Vlasnik je ljubazan, dostupan i odlično i jasno pruža upute. Nama je bilo posebno lijepo na ogromnom balkonu s odličnim pogledom. Sve u svemu, prijatan boravak. Toplo preporučujem za kraći boravak.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

Ioanna was great, she welcomed us and showed us the house, explaining all the rules and giving us suggestions about what to do. The place is locate uphill, so it might be not for everyone, but taxis and ubers are always available if you are not willing/able to walk. The house was clean, well served with everything in the advertisement. Perfect for a couple of people, we would love to stay again here in the future!

הדירה עצמה מקסימה ,גדולה ונקייה.מאובזרת בכל הדברים שנדרש. קורבה ממש לטיילת של סלוניקי כ 5 דק הליכה ויש סופר מרקט מעבר לכביש. רק מיקום החניה היה קשה לאתר אוצה ולנווט םנימה. אבל בעל הבית הגיע אלינו מיד בצק אין ועזר לנו בנושא. ממליצים על הדירה בחום.

The noise from the street and from the neighbours could be heard but if you have earbuds or doesn’t mind everything else is great. The host answered quickly and apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Dimitri's place was clean and as displayed on AirBnb. Lots of extra attention (water bottles, beers, chocolate, etc) were well appreciated. Easy check-in thanks to the lockbox.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος όπως πάντα και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο που με εξυπηρετεί για τα επαγγελματικά μου ραντεβού . Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες για μια ακόμη φορά.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a couple. The entire apartment is clean, the balcony is peaceful. It's located on a quiet street just over 10 minutes from the White Tower, from the port, close to all the shops and beautiful places like Agias Sofias and Aristote. The host is very accommodating!

Had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local tips. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

The house is located in the old district of Thessaloniki, Ano Poli, very close to Atatürk's house. The area is very quiet. The host was very attentive and helpful. He met us on the road, showed us a private parking spot for our car, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. The house was very clean — the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It had almost everything you would need in a home. As a kind gesture, the host had left breakfast items and drinks for us. We stayed for two nights and left very satisfied.
