The flat is a modern, and newly referbished three bedroom home, with a private attic. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, it is surrounded by families who live and work in the village, and around. The village itself, is full of life and a well sized market of it's own, with the beach being just 5-10 minutes drive away. Well-surrounded by various mini markets, and a big chain supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the flat!

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It is on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard facing uncovered. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine for clothes, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably host 4 people (one 2 double bed and 2 singles). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up if you need anything.
