Maria was very friendly we spend a few days at this amazing apartment you have everything you need! Everything was in excellent condition. In case you need any help she was always reachable and responded immediately. And the view was obviously amazing !!! Sunrise and Sun downer was stunning !

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

This flat is exceptional. It is very authentic and actually has all the traces of generations that occupied this flat, so you're witnessing history. We stayed as two couples. Having two bathrooms was made our lifes easier. The location is excellent. In the middle of night life, very close to Tsimiski Street, everywhere is walking distance including the new Agias Sofias metro station. That said, it is very quiet without much noise from outside. Stella helped us to check-in, made great suggestions. She was very responsive and friendly. Perfect host! Everything is tidy and clean. Although we didn't have any issues, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and you need to climb 70 steps to get to the flat. The flat is very highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

We had a great time in Thessaloniki! The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the city. We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The area is a bit steep to walk, but there are good bus connections so you can easily get anywhere. Everything you need - supermarkets, cafes, restaurants - is nearby. Absolutely recommended!

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Little Villa walk to beach

Sheila's House was perfect for us, very clean , secure, peaceful and private. It is well equipped and has much needed air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and sitting room. There is ample outdoor space and secure parking. Outdoor seating provides a great view of Thessaloniki and the house is in a great location for reaching the airport. It's located not too far from the local town where there are numerous restaurants and a nice walk beside the beach. Sheila is a fantastic host- very responsive, friendly and with lots of recommendations for places to go, restaurants etc. She lives nearby and is available if needed, this also makes for easy check in and out. We had a lovely, peaceful time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks Sheila, hopefully we'll meet again!

Great stay in a house of great aesthetics, spotless, warm, ideal for rest and tranquility. The host was very kind, very friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood is perfect with easy parking and a short distance from the shops. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Quiet location. Entire home to ourselves. Great communication with the owner. Clean apartment. Everything was great!!! And of course we'll go for it again.

The flat is just like in the photos. It's very cosy and pleasant. Location wise it was in the perfect spot within the city for our needs. Communication with the host was just top notch. Will not hesitate to book the place again.

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

Absolutely loved the steps into the sea and the empty beach, our kids played there for hours despite the cold.
