Everything perfect for us. We were also able to enter the house early, everything was very clean and nothing was missing. Water and fruit and basic things like salt and pepper were available. Everything worked. We expected the house to be located directly on the shore of the lake. That's how it looked in the photos. However, it is on the mountain. By car, it's about 10 minutes to the lake. Thank you for everything, we had a good time here. One of the dogs lying around outside became our friend :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The whole family were really lovely and went out of their way to assist us. I am hesitantly writing this because Limeria is an absolute find-just amazing!! We would not stay anywhere else. Thankyou so much to Maria and her family Xx

Excellent spot to relax! Evangelia’s place is wonderful and relaxing! The property has easy access for parking inside the property . And then walking through the property to a private entrance to the beach is just brilliant! Stunning beach with lovely mountains all around! The studio is perfect with a lovely bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony! All equipped with everything you need for a local stay!! Evangelia is lovely and a perfect host! She met us on arrival and showed us around the studio! 😊 The area is so peaceful and quiet and some restaurants on the beachfront or tavernas in the local town 10 minute drive away. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

Beautiful accommodation in Lefkimmi. The olive oil mill is really something very special and furnished with a lot of love. George and Rania welcomed us incredibly friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Even with cake and delicious Greek food, the two came by and were thus unbeatable in hospitality. The two were really available at any time, always had great tips for us and were always helpful! The accommodation really had everything from spices, to oil, kitchen roll and all kitchen appliances, everything was there. It was sparkling clean and we could feel right at home. Only the location was not 100% perfect for us. In Lefkimmi there is everything you need, but despite the location in the side street, many cars and motorcycles drive past the oil mill, so it was a bit louder than expected. But if that doesn't bother you, you can have a great time at the oil mill.

We choose apartment by wonderful layout and design of apartment. It stood out, Price was good. Stay was very comfortable due to spacious place and comfy night sleep. Konstantinos is very helpful and great. We felt in good hands and enjoyed our stay. Area is peaceful local town, but there is quite a good choice of restaurants. Fantastic beaches just some km away. Rooms are air conditioned what is very important in summer time. Highly recommend!

She was so welcoming! They let us check in early after a long day of travel and the place was beautifully located in the centre town about a 10 minute walk. Will come again!

I had a really great time at Villa Nikoli. Dimitris and Nikola are a warm and lovely couple. They were always helpful and friendly. You can feel that they care about the house and renting out the apartments. Especially the large garden is designed with a lot of love and effort. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and take a break from everyday life.

We had a fantastic stay at Erti’s place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The views from the terrace are beautiful. Erti and his parents were amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful. His parents live above the apartment and are such lovely people. They brought breakfast down for us each morning at a time to suit our schedule.

Excellent communication from the hosts, even organising a taxi pick-up from the airport. Lovely balcony with stunning views across the bay. Great hosts and great location for exploring the locale.

Very beautiful and lightly secluded area. Our host was very kind and gave us fresh fruits from her garden. The location and visuals of this place really cannot be undersold. You will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets simply looking out the window. We will be back 100%

Great location, responsive host - and super clean (also cleaning service everyday is offered)

The space was completely sufficient. Unfortunately, cooking without buying spices beforehand is not possible. The lady in front is very friendly. The boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos is also worthwhile. The place is a party place for English people, unfortunately we did not know this beforehand. But still it was very quiet as we were there out of season.

We were very impressed by the great apartment and the nice hostess. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. The view over the city and the harbor is breathtaking. I'm sure we'll be back.

This apartment is in a great location in the centre of the old city. it's also very quiet. We enjoyed the rood terrace - it's up a pretty steep ladder type set of stairs - but we managed it! Vasileious was a very responsive host and very helpful We used the apartment as a base for a week of waking - using buses to get around. It's only about 20 minutes to the long distance bus station so this worked well.

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.

Excellent price for a very clean and beautiful apartment. We liked that it was in a quiet area but not far from the center. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful.

A fantastic gem of an apartment well worth the 4 flights of stairs. Exceptionally clean, fantastic views from the balcony of the bay around Sarandë. Very convenient location, literally a 2 minute walk from the ferry port. Chris was very helpful and flexible, helped bring our luggage up the stairs and personally showed us around. He also let us store our luggage on our check out day and come back later to collect it. 100% would recommend this place. Loved it.
