The host is very friendly and happy to help with questions or tips about the surroundings, even a scooter or a car can be rented cheaply and very easily from him. The location is perfect, a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle and therefore nice and quiet but still the beaches and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes' walk. Everything was super clean. We even received a lot more towels and linens than we needed. As a highlight, we were even allowed to choose a larger apartment than booked, as this was currently available. The area and the whole place is very safe we felt very comfortable the whole vacation. Highly recommended

Honestly Matilda’s place was incredible. I am a digital nomade and by far it was the best place Ive ever stayed in. The apartment is super clean, new and have all the amenities you need. Also I really think that the house was prepared for a long stay (pans, plates, etc) which was an awesome plus. Location is also perfect, near the promenade and all the restaurants. Lastly, Matilda was always available to communicate and resolve my doubts. Would def recommend this airbnb +++

What an excellent home base for our stay in southern Albania. Bes’ place is large, comfortable, immaculately clean and well situated near the port and the lungomare where you can find a ton of restaurants, cafes and markets. Bes was really easy to communicate with and flexible with our unpredictable arrival and departure times. Parking in the lot next to the building was easy and the view from the large balcony was just gorgeous.

Everything you need to feel at home, peaceful and perfect retreat to come back to as you explore the island. Would absolutely return!

Aleksandra’s place is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a serene and beautiful escape in Albania. The home was not only aesthetically charming but also fully equipped with everything one might need during a holiday — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made the stay extra comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was Aleksandra’s warmth and care. She was incredibly kind, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and made sure we were comfortable at every step. Any questions or requests were met with quick and helpful responses. It genuinely felt like we were being hosted by a friend. Had a great stay at Anxhela's place. She was always extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet and great location for many things to do. However, the car is absolutely necessary. The place was totally clean and everything was available (incl. Pepper, salt, toilet paper, linens, towels, etc.). At our arrival we were greeted by a nice gentleman, otherwise we probably wouldn't have found it directly. Overall it was a great stay (also highly recommended with two small children), with a very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended!

Papingo is a beautiful little town and the unit was a perfect base for exploring the area. It was very comfortable for our family of 7. The WiFi was amazing (best so far in our travels in Greece). The cleaner was very helpful with our bags of laundry for a small additional charge. Although there is no air conditioning this unit stayed quite cool during the day and had screens so we could enjoy the lovely cool mountains air in the evenings. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. You will need your own car to explore the area and make sure you bring all the supplies and food you will need because Papingo does not have a proper store if you need general supplies.

This stay was one of the best i’ve ever had on Airbnb, Chris was an absolutely wonderful host and gave us plenty of recommendations for local things to do around Corfu! He was even able to answer a few random questions we had about purchasing gifts for family and friends, and was great at communicating throughout the week! The flat itself was clean, in a quiet area and was honestly one of the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in! Chris was able to offer us an early check in as well, which was greatly appreciated 😇 I can’t recommend this place enough! The area surrounding the flat is peaceful, which is perfect after a busy day, and the hot tub was an extra delight! Chris even provided us with 6 litre bottles of water, which was so important during the hot weather! Thanks again Chris!

Athina and the entire co-host team including Danea were very friendly and great hosts. Although we had the option to self-check in, the hosts asked if we preferred to do in-person check-in, which we appreciated. Danea was able to meet with us for check-in and provide lots of great recommendations for things to do around the area! The place is small but charming, clean and in a great location. Note that there are no elevators in the building so you will have to climb up 3 floors of stairs which was not a huge issue for us. The bathroom although clean is very small, and only has a hand-held shower. It was a bit difficult to shower with the hand held shower but not too bad overall. Overall, we would recommend this place for a short stay. Thank you Athina and Danea for hosting us.

The house is in an amazing location, close to the port and right in the heart of the old town, offering both convenience and comfort for our daily explorations. The energy of the space was incredible, filled with calm and warmth, making us feel right at home from the very first moment. We stayed in the apartment for the second time and will definitely come back on the future. Despina and Christos are great hosts, we felt welcomed from the first minute. The apartment is well equipped and the grounds are great for kids - especially the pool and the small playground were amazing. We are looking to come back on the future.

The accommodation was in top notch condition, looked extreamly professional and had all the amenities listed! The host was also phenomenal, called before we checked in and recommended some great beaches and activities for us to partake in during our stay - always available if we needed anything too. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the old city, with easy access to all the best sights and attractions. Everything was within walking distance, from historic landmarks to vibrant cafes and shops. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great recommendations. Olindo’s place is amazing location and excellent value. Great restaurants nearby and Olindo gives very good recommendations. 15 min walk to town/beach but i’ve been before so i chose this - this is the better location with higher end amenities town is more parties etc. the hotel/restaurant downstairs is lovely. one thing to note - the description does say this but you have to pay to use the hotel’s beach and pool below - it’s an apartment above a hotel (there are free local beaches nearby) - it’s quite pricey so factor in that - it’s the same all over Sarandë so if free pool access is important then consider this.
