Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

I had an incredible stay at this villa! The location was simply breathtaking - tucked away in a serene, peaceful spot with stunning views. The hostess was a gem, always ready to assist and make our stay memorable. And let's not forget the food – it was an absolute delight! Every meal was a culinary adventure. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with top-notch hospitality and delicious food, this villa is the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back!

A serene Retreat Amidst Nature’s Embrace..!! My recent stay at this charming cottage was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, the cottage offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the river right in front of the room.The water was not only refreshing but also perfectly complemented the surrounding nature's ambiance. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable arrangement and coordination of the property. From the cozy interiors of the cottage to the well-maintained surroundings, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and hospitality. My stay at this beautiful cottage was truly amazing, thanks to its idyllic location, refreshing riverfront experience, and impeccable property arrangement. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway amidst nature’s embrace….

Sheba’s property is stunning! The pictures do not do justice. The house is tastefully & thoughtfully decorated and felt like you are home. You’re surrounded by mountains and greenery. Waking up to a variety of birds chirping is so soothing. You can sit out at any of the lovely outdoor seating areas and admire the roses, hydrangeas and all the fruit trees on the property. Sheba sent some freshly picked passion fruit this morning which were so sweet and fresh. Sheba’s staff Mr Pandi & Ganeshan are well trained - very pleasant, helpful & hospitable. Priya the cook made us a scrumptious dinner and idlis for breakfast and I believe a lot of the vegetables used were from the garden. Sheba is lovely and super helpful. As someone visiting Kodaikanal for the first time and looking at potentially buying land here; her advice based on local knowledge and experience is greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend ✌🏽

Starting with the check in Prem helped us check in easily even though we came late night. The place is beautiful, just couple of steps from vattakanal main road. Amazing views from the room. Surprisingly there was a fire place which was a very cozy and warming experience. Everything is accessible and could also get food delivered to the room thanks to Prem. Do not miss the sunrises on the terrace and the stargazing as well in the night. Overall 11/10 experience.

Wonderful resort with beautiful surroundings. The rooms and washrooms are spacious and the kitchen area is well equipped. The balcony is the best part with stunning views. The staff is polite and responsive. Amazing place for a perfect weekend getaway!!

This was one of the best stays from Airbnb. The place was beautiful and magical. The environment was serene and very private. Spacious house with all basic amenities in place, clean and cluster free. It’s a little away from main city, therefore, carry the necessities with you. Because of its location, the view from the place is mesmerising.

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

The Stay was exactly as advertised. The owner communicated clearly until we reached the property & was available for assistance through out the stay. The caretaker was extremely polite. The food was home cooked & the views were exactly as depicted in the photos. Overall a fabulous stay, recommended!
