Monthly Rentals in The Wedge

Location location location! We were visiting from Canada and we loved our stay at Adelle’s. The location was amazing, it is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt very safe. The perfect way to explore Newport. A quick walk to the beach and drive to any shops or the harbour. It was very cozy and we felt right at home.

Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Kristy’s apartment for a 3-month internship. Kristy’s place was perfect — It is centrally located, clean, and had all the amenities (in-unit laundry, kitchenware, consumables, etc.) for everyday living. Kristy is responsive in case of any issues during the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Irvine!

Wonderful small studio on the Island that we love. The entire island is very walkable so we walked to coffee and breakfast every morning. The house is on the further side of the island so you are away from all the main street traffic and we never had an issue with parking. No kitchen but has larger than normal mini fridge which held my toddlers milk and all the snacks perfectly fine. Wonderful patio to have coffee or a meal on. Super comfortable bed. Would HIGHLY recommend this studio on Balboa and would absolutely stay again!
