Monthly Rentals in The Sugarlands

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Enjoyed our stay. Super close to RockyTop sports world where we played volleyball all weekend. Will return for sure!

This is the perfect place in Gatlinburg. A 5 minute walk to the main drag in town. There is also a free trolley that stops in Front of the complex. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It was clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent. The balcony was my retreat. I am already planning another trip because this place is so perfect. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Everything was GREAT!!! Walking distance to the strip which has everything and anything you need. Host communicated very well and promptly. Easy Check In, Clean Space and the mattress was very comfortable. Will be staying again when I return to gaitlinburg.
