Smoking friendly vacation rentals in The Hamptons

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

I am so proud and thankful to God to have met Jean and all her neighboring environment and her family. It's been a very pleasant and satisfactory stay in a comforting homey accommodation that I wanted to prolong but couldn't due to obligations. The home furniture and appliances are splendid, I couldn't be more grateful to have a parking spot right in front of the door and to witness and utilize all those fabulous kitchen utensils, it was almost a paradise for those of us who like to cook. It was wonderful to observe all this wildlife, wild geese and swans, swimming on lagoon by the house while sitting on the living room couch and simply enjoying tea or dinner. Many thanks to Jean for allowing me to bring in both of my pet rescue kitties who were extremely well-behaved and happy and supported me during my stay. I bow down in front of Jean's superior knowledge both in hospitality and in interaction with both human and pet-friendly guests. I could only wish more hosts would be like Jean.

This house was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking! The host was friendly, helpful, and polite. The kitchen was completely stacked as well! It had all types of spices, dishes, and appliances. If you need it, they’ll have it! Having this house as our base for a weekend of winery hoping was wonderful, and made it even more special and enjoyable! 10/10 would totally recommend!

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

Loved the character of the house and the views cannot be beat. The air bnb was the highlight of our stay. The sound of the waves is just perfect. We will be back in the summer! The host is also amazingly helpful.

Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The house provided plenty of bedrooms and space, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The speaker in the house was also really great for music. The host was kind and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and unwind—highly recommend!

Love this place: history, mystique, comfort, unpretentious/rustic yet with great WiFi. Rambling, picture-book old house/farm with history intact, rare big stretch of land on the water with charming scenes in every direction. Rolling grounds, vegetable/herb garden. Best vibe/sense of culture, art, books, board games, a kitchen for cooking big meals, views on all sides from all rooms, walks by the bay a few yards away and around the estate's hidden paths. Very generous, attentive, laid back hosts. Ideally set up for groups, with two spacious sea-view living rooms and bedrooms spaced apart, plus wood-burning fireplace with tons of wood stacked. Perfect in December when we stayed and must be magical in warmer weather. Very near villages with chic shops/restaurants etc. Would not change a single thing. Will definitely return if it's ever available in any season.

Mitchell's Hampton Bays house lived up to its billing. It was clean, comfortable, roomy and very well provisioned in terms of kitchen appliances, cookware and dishware and things for the beach like chairs, towels and umbrella. It is well connected with WiFi, streaming smart TVs and Bluetooth for music. The deck overlooking the pool was very relaxing and the pool itself was beautiful. The property is situated adjacent to a county park and we were amazed at the wildlife wandering by -- deer, turkeys, rabbits, box turtles and so many birds with different songs. The location was a plus too -- near bay beaches and a short drive to the ocean, restaurants and activities including numerous vineyards. Mitchell was very attentive and despite his busy schedule he made himself available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.
