Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in The Hamptons

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. Would absolutely stay here again—thank you for a wonderful experience, Michael!

We really enjoyed meeting Steve and getting his recommendations for things to do. Everything is very well thought out and planned for your comfort. Steve is easy to work with and very responsive. The view and interior design make it a soothing and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the proximity to The Hamptons and made it all the way to the Montauk lighthouse taking the old highway as he suggested. Gorgeous! We had really good takeout from JCs when we wanted to eat in and just enjoy the peacefulness of it all. One of our favorite trips!

John’s cottage is situated on a beautiful piece of land with a substantial water view and a lovely place to walk. The cottage was comfortable with lots of amenities and well cared for. Driving around the property one late afternoon, we came upon four large deer who arose one by one, glanced at us and went on their way. Very nice. John was a personable, friendly and helpful host. We’d definitely stay again.

I have never stayed in an Airbnb before. Bc I like a clean pristine place and prefer a hotel. I am converted after our stay. This house is so amazing pristine and clean. We enjoyed the fabulous design and comforts of home while being there for 5 night for our son’s wedding. I would stay at the house again in a heart beat. And to our surprise it was way bigger than it looks in photos. Thank you Ashley for having us.

Extremely charming Airbnb with beautiful greenery and surroundings close to the beach and town. Host was super responsive, helpful and friendly. We felt right at home and logistics were a breeze.

An ideal location in Southampton, Lori’s house is clean, cozy and peaceful; we thoroughly enjoyed spending our New Years there!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. Perfect for a weekend getaway with the pup! Place was peaceful and a short walk or drive to parks, beaches, or town. Aunt Clare was friendly and attentive. Would book again!

We loved staying at Sally and Eric’s guesthouse! It was perfectly located, very clean, and she was incredible responsive!

This was a great stay. It was clean and in a very cozy area. The bedroom was very cute as it was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The kitchen was extremely clean and had everything down to even ice cubes in the freezer. You don’t need to buy anything for the kitchen use. The water pressure in the sink was quite intense too! The bathroom was clean, but I will say if you are on the bigger side don’t stay here because it is quite small but if not it’s perfect. The living room is very clean and spacey and perfect for snuggling up and watching tv. Keep in mind this is a basement so there are people upstairs and you can hear them quite a bit. But to me it wasn’t a bother Regarding the area it is pretty dense over there, but I did find some amazing food. I was celebrating my anniversary and we went to sea basin and we also went to inferno burger. Inferno burger was the BEST! Patrick was wonderful/ responsive and respectful of our privacy. WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Bridget, (the hostess with the mostest!) We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely air bnb, it was perfect for our needs enabling us to be near family and friends yet have the quiet down time that was much needed. Being back in the old neighborhood was a super plus too, still a lovely area with local stores and restaurants and so many places to see and explore around town. Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
