Vacation rentals with a patio in The Grove

The home was in the perfect location for our trip. I felt very safe and actually took a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood. The beds and pillows and comforters were sooooo comfortable and everything was just as pictured and described. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen . We will definitely return.

This place was perfect. It’s a great size, very clean, and in a lovely neighborhood close to everything you need. Anna is an amazing host and was very quick to respond and was incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend this spot!

Joe was a great host. The place was easy to find . The place was just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The place was amazing.

We stayed here with our kiddos for spring break while visiting some St. Louis attractions. It was a perfect spot to get everywhere we wanted to go in about 15 minutes. Coffee and donuts were walkable in the morning. We made dinners in most nights and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it for a family outing!

Spent three nights in Victor's place April 10th to the 13th for the frozen four (hockey.) we absolutely loved everything about the place. it was super clean, very well decorated and had every amenity you can think of. The back deck with the arch view was our favorite. we spent many hours out there. The place is walking distance from everything downtown. if plans bring us back to St Louis we will definitely be staying in Victor's place. PS...if you stay here you definitely have to walk to Chili Mac's diner for breakfast. Three sisters have been running the place for more than 40 years.

Great place. LOTS of instructions to read through but comfortable and easy to find

It's great spot and quiet even though it's main drag. Great jumping off point for the city. Jason is quite flexible and responsive host. Had to adjust our travel plans because of the weather forecast and he's able to accommodate us.

Nice home with a great location. Wonderful upkeep - this is really a nice neighborhood. Easy parking, - big backyard Very safe for dogs. The only thing I would suggest is more power outlets, and some sort of small normal height table to eat. Eating at a stool counter for four nights is difficult. Other than that - seriously good rental.

The house was an excellent place for me to say while working in the area. While near a moderately busy street, the house was quiet and had everything you would expect including the waster and dryer and a small countertop dishwaster. I rented the house by myself and essentially used the basement as my suite during the stay. Robert was very flexible and responsive with check-in and with an extension to my stay.

Excellent and very responsive hostess! Had everything we needed and what we didn’t have, or had a concern about she took care of quickly. Very cute little space, floors are very squeaky so whenever someone got up it woke everyone, but house was in good condition, clean, and amenities as described. Just like the photos. Very cute little home and would definitely stay here again. We stayed as a family of 6 with big and small kids who loved playing in the back yard and all the games they provided. Also it was a quick drive anywhere!

Our stay here was great! Dzenad was very responsive with any questions I had. It is so peaceful with the river practically in the backyard. I DEFINITELY recommend staying there if you get the chance.

We had an amazing stay! The house is in a prime location, just a 5 minute walk to Lafayette Park/neighborhood. Additionally Thomas was very responsive/helpful whenever we reached out with a question! I would 100% recommend staying here!

Fontae's place was just as described and only 7 minutes to downtown. Price was right and she was very helpful and responded almost immediately. Beds were great and very comfortable for a few days getaway.

This place was very nice and cute! Great location and so close to a ton of activities. Parking was also surprisingly easily available and not completely packed like a lot of streets in the area.

I had a great stay at Pete's place! Super easy to find, and right next to a park. Really comfy, and I got some great sleep on the HUGE bed! Other reviewers are complaining about location, but it felt really safe--and I am a woman travelling alone. It's just a typical neighborhood with people living there like people do, and it was nice and quiet. The shower had nice hot water, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. I had a couple of hiccups, but Pete was really quick to address the issues, and was super responsive. For anyone wondering about the amenities--there was the holy grail of supplies in the kitchen--catsup! (No, seriously. No one has ever had catsup before!) And the other was loads of pillows on the bed. These are the things that are important to me, so I really appreciated it. I really wanted to lounge around on the terrace, but the weather was miserable, so maybe next time! A great stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Keisa's home as I visited town for a friend's wedding. Is a lovely place, will have to keep my eye on it for when I come back again!

*Clear directions for check in and check out *Exactly like pictures *Plenty of room for 2 people *Plenty of towels and blankets *Very nice fan and heater available *Keurig with plenty of coffee pods, sugar, and a variety of creamer *TV in room and living room with plenty of options (We used Netflix, Max, and Disney) *Large closet with plenty of hangers *Personal parking/driveway (loved this because it snowed while we were there and it was easy to get in and out and warm the vehicle) *Great neighborhood (felt very safe staying with my 14 year old daughter) We stayed 3 nights and had everything we needed. Riley even had fresh flowers in the bedroom and living space! We would highly recommend and hope to stay again the next time we are in the area. Thanks Riley!

Royce’s place in Soulard was as described - great location! We went for the NCAA Frozen Four and the house was everything the listing said it was - I would stay here again!

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.

Had a wonderful stay and good vacation. I enjoyed my slow mornings due to the amenities the host provided. It was very comforting, feels like you’re home but you don’t worry about anything. Everything was clean and tidy! The instructions and guidelines are well written and easy to understand. If I come back in Missouri, I would definitely book this place again! 🫶🏼
