Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Thanh Xuân

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Great for a longer stay. Really good kitchen, we had tons of fun cooking and being creative in the kitchen. Host was friendly and kind. There are many grocery stores in a short walks distance, indoor bike parking that is not underground and a fresh fruit and veg market very near by. We enjoyed exploring the area with a friendly and kind host helping us.

We had a wonderful time at Trang's parents' house. The place is really nice, rooms clean and well maintained, a huge balcony with plants was perfect for a coffee break. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable, like at home. We were also invited to dinner once, which was really nice. The accommodation is definitely recommended if you are looking for a quiet room outside the city center, but the area also has a lot to offer. We will definitely come back.

I really liked the location and Bich Hanh was communicative and all the family was friendly. The room was a bit bigger than I expected based on the photos, which was a nice bonus!

Ngoc was very friendly and helpfull and really nice host and the apartment was great!

There were some problems when I checked in, but it was resolved with a quick response from the host. The interior decoration felt like it was thoughtfully thought out. Overall, I think it's a great value for the price. It was just raining, so it was a little cold at night, and there were no curtains on the porch windows, so you can see the inside of the room from the outside. I think I need to put on the curtains.

Xena was an amazing host! kind and compassionate. On the day I arrived, I had just been discharged from the hospital, and she graciously allowed me to check in early due to the difficult situation I was in. During my stay, I was disabled, and the security guards were incredibly helpful and kind as well. The place looks exactly like the pictures, with great internet and everything clean and well-maintained. My stay at Xena's was truly wonderful. Thank you for all your kindness!

We had a fantastic stay at Huyen’s place in Hanoi! From the start, communication was clear, and check-in was smooth. The instructions were easy to follow, and Huyen was always available if we needed anything. The penthouse itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the 27th floor was absolutely stunning! The location was also great, with easy access to everything in Hanoi. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. That's the best. The view of Dicepital is much cooler here than on the river side. In addition, they checked in early and accepted it. It was great.!! I'll come back next time!

While somewhat far from the main attractions of the city, the accomodations are otherwise very agreeable - despite a bit of a language barrier between the host, they were nevertheless very helpful and considerate.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

I live in Vietnam. It's usually a hotel when I leave Hanoi on the weekend, but this time I used Airbnb and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's not a hotel, so it's not a must, but I thought it would be nice to have a hair dryer. That's it!

There was a lot of noise when you open the window, but if you close the window, it won't be a problem at all. It is close to restaurants and convenience stores and the surroundings are clean and good!

everything is great, easy to check in, the apt is nice and the bed is so comfy. Right at the Vincom mall, so it's so convenient. Definitely recommended!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Tran's apartment. It is well designed and located in a great location where you can easily access to restaurants, shopping mall, gym and much more. On top of that, the host is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Tran's apartment to anyone looking for a place like home in Hanoi.
