Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Thanh Xuân

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Great for a longer stay. Really good kitchen, we had tons of fun cooking and being creative in the kitchen. Host was friendly and kind. There are many grocery stores in a short walks distance, indoor bike parking that is not underground and a fresh fruit and veg market very near by. We enjoyed exploring the area with a friendly and kind host helping us.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus von Trangs Eltern. Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön, Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, ein riesiges Balkon mit Pflanzen war perfekt für eine Kaffeepause. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Wir wurden auch einmal zum Essen eingeladen was richtig schön war. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert, wenn man ein ruhiges Zimemr außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum sucht, aber auch die Gegend hat sehr viel zu bieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen.

I really liked the location and Bich Hanh was communicative and all the family was friendly. The room was a bit bigger than I expected based on the photos, which was a nice bonus!

체크인할때 약간의 문제들이 있었으나 호스트의 빠른대응으로 해결했습니다. 내부 장식은 세심하게 신경쓴 것 같은 느낌을 받았습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소라고 생각합니다. 단지 비가와서 밤에 약간 추웠으며, 베란다 창문에 커튼이 없어서 외부에서 객실 안이 보입니다. 커튼을 달아야 할것 같아요.

Xena was an amazing host! kind and compassionate. On the day I arrived, I had just been discharged from the hospital, and she graciously allowed me to check in early due to the difficult situation I was in. During my stay, I was disabled, and the security guards were incredibly helpful and kind as well. The place looks exactly like the pictures, with great internet and everything clean and well-maintained. My stay at Xena's was truly wonderful. Thank you for all your kindness!

We had a fantastic stay at Huyen’s place in Hanoi! From the start, communication was clear, and check-in was smooth. The instructions were easy to follow, and Huyen was always available if we needed anything. The penthouse itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the 27th floor was absolutely stunning! The location was also great, with easy access to everything in Hanoi. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. While somewhat far from the main attractions of the city, the accomodations are otherwise very agreeable - despite a bit of a language barrier between the host, they were nevertheless very helpful and considerate.

Lo mejor es la experiencia inmersiva que ofrece: está en un barrio típico de Vietnam, con motos, vendedores ambulantes y el ajetreo diario que tanto nos gusta a los extranjeros. A pesar del bullicio de la calle, dentro se está muy tranquilo y cómodo, perfecto para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad o trabajando. One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

베트남 살고 있습니다. 주말에 하노이 나갈 때 보통 호텔 이요하는데 이번엔 애어비앤비를 이용했고 만족스럽네요. 당연히, 호텔이 아니기에 필수는 아니지만 헤어드라이기가 있으면 좋을 것 같단 생각은 했습니다. 이상입니다!
