A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

We are a large group—five couples—and we're glad to see that this place can accommodate us. It has everything we need, including individual rooms for each couple, allowing us to have privacy and rest. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, water heaters, clean bedding, and working Wi-Fi. There’s also a folder with restaurant recommendations in the living room. The location of the listing is convenient and easily accessible, making it simple to visit various places. It also provides just the right amount of privacy. Tuan was very responsive; even at 2:00 AM, Tuan tried to reply to us, and there was no language barrier. Tuan accommodated every urgent request we had—transportation, flat irons, hair dryers, etc. We appreciate the hospitality shown to us and only wish we could have met in person. This place and Tuan made our travel experience easy and memorable.

The apartment is suitable for families, small, Hanoi style. I was taken care of by the HOA, and quick response. I will come back again

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

the most beautiful apt we (7 of us) had stayed in Vietnam & best of all, there's a lift in the apt which is a so tough to find for my elderly parents. We occupied all 6 levels! Beds, pillows and water pressure...oh they are so comfy/clean & so good. Location is cool too, just a 6mins walk to Opera House and just a stone throw across, there's a cool croissant place for breakfast.

This homestay is worth it! The climb up the stairs was challenging so it may be hard to elderly guests. The rooms were clean and free of clutter. The downside is just the airconditioner, it doesn’t cool fast. Anyway, we still enjoyed our stay here! ☺️

Located close to many restaurants and the old quarter. Affordable and convenient.

Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

I love the place. Although the apartment is in a old building but the interior is very nice and lovely. If you have big luggage, you may feel a little bit uncomfortable because there’s no elevator. Security is very good. Such a very interesting experience.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

I live in Hanoi, but often stay at different apartments so that I can relax or experience different parts of the city. I have easily stayed in over 50 apartments throughout Hanoi. So, you can believe me when I say: this is one of the best places you can stay in Hanoi. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean, designed well and very comfortable. There is no real view (it faces a building and the ceiling in the upper bedroom is low (I'm 5'5 and I had to duck), but this should not dissuade you as it is a very comfortable apartment. The location is phenomenal: you are one block from the famous Trang Tien street and the lake. There are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And, the host is phenomenal: she is one of the kindest and most responsive that I've met in Hanoi. I rarely stay in the same place twice, but I will definitely return to this apartment.

Absolutely amazing! The place is decorated so nicely making it truly feel like a home! It has anything you could need whether it be a couch to relax on or a kitchen to cook in! ThuyAnh was very friendly and helpful which made the stay even better!! Definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay here! It was cozy and frlt safe the entire time. Appreciated the little balcony and the wag there was so many ways to light up the place. The location is about 20 minutes walking distance from hoan kiem lake, and can be a bit of a distance to get to old quarter but we appreciated the fact that it is quiet here and that there were a convenience store and several food options nearby. It was also super nice that they offered to bring us a thicker blanket when the weather was getting colder.

We stayed here for 3.5 weeks and loved it! It’s such a cozy apartment. The host was always quick to reply to any messages and even booked us an airport taxi for our departure ☺️ Location was great, close walking distance to everything. I typically sleep on softer beds at home (Canada) but it’s hard to come by in SEA. Luckily the mattresses here were firm feeling but still have some give allowing you to sink in a little.. I didn’t get a back ache at all as I normally do for the harder beds. It’s a quiet once inside the apartment with no noise to be heard at night. I would definitely recommend this place!

The place was very homey and neat. The house was located in a quiet area within walking distance of the central, more lively streets. There was a nice restaurant beside the house and several cafes within a few minutes walking distance, perfect for a late-night or early-morning bite. The host was very responsive and helped to arrange for transport from the airport as well :)
