At the same time, the apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station, so that Nuremberg city center can be reached quickly and without searching for a parking space.

Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

QUIET APT "SUNSHINE" with PARKING & BALCONY

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.

In der Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, wie der Rothsee (8 km) und die Burgenstadt Nürnberg (40 km). Fahrräder können beim lokalen Händler gemietet werden. Das Naturpark Altmühltal beginnt direkt bei uns. Die Pyraser Brauerei liegt nur 2 km entfernt. In Eysölden gibt es einen traditionellen Bäcker, eine Tankstelle und gute Anbindung an den Busverkehr.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
