Vacation rentals with a patio in Tetuán

My experience at Cristina's is the same as all past guests. A spacious apartment, well equipped and in a quiet neighbourhood which is well supplied for public transport. The Madrid Marathon did disrupt bus services for one morning but even then we were able to walk to the art museums. Cristina is a perfect host, flexible and always responsive. Everything that a guest might need has been supplied. This was not a box ticking exercise but a real consideration of what a guest might need and/ or appreciate. The park and the peacocks were also great highlights!

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben die Wohnung und die Lage ( zwischen 3 Metrostationen) sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte gute Möglichkeiten selber zu kochen. Es waren 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe und man war schnell mit der Metro im Zentrum. Wir hatten keine Probleme und daher keinen Bedarf den Eigentümer zu kontakten. Wie schon vorher erwähnt waren die 3 Schlafzimmer toll, die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und das Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus etwas hellhörig. Das war aber Nix was uns großartig gestört hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Apartamento reformado muy cómodo en el barrio de Salamanca. La comunicación fue muy buena. Ese fin de semana hizo mucho frío en Madrid pero dentro del apartamento se estaba muy bien, la calefacción funciona a la perfección. Un sitio para repetir.

Todo perfecto. Es fácil hablar con Cristina e incluso nos facilitó la entrega de llaves un poco antes de la hora de entrada. Todo estaba limpio.

Exatamente apartamento, tudo muito limpo e equipado para os dias que passamos em Madri, há um bom mercado a poucos passos do prédio e estações de trem e metro bem próximas que nos permitiram ir para o centro de Madri com muita facilidade. Para os dias em que voltamos após o horário de funcionamento do transporte público, voltar para o apartamento por app de transporte não nos saiu caro, excelente custo benefício e com certeza um lugar onde voltaria a me hospedar.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

Great private home in Madrid, perfect walking distance to many local eateries and markets. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs!

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die Menschen sind - gegenüber anderen spanischen Städten - sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren entsetzt, wie wenig die englische Sprache gesprochen wird, vor allem in der Gastronomie. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für vier Personen auch großzügig. Ich würde sie für fünf Personen nicht empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch ist doch sehr unbequem und es fehlt ein fünfter bequemer Stuhl. Auch ist die Wohnung doch weiter weg von der Innenstadt, wie vermutet. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Wohnungsvermieter, ihr wart sehr aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben, trotz Apriltemperaturen sogar den Pool benutzt, sehr erfrischend. Der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung.

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

This was the first time I used AirBnB (April 2025) and Palma set the standard high!! The flat is in a great location, few meters from a metro stop with easy access to the city, close to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium while being in a peaceful and quiet area. I did find checking in a little tricky but Palma was on the phone with me before, during and after to facilitate the process. And any time I ha a question about anything (tv, local hospital, transport etc...), she was quick to respond. She even helped to get us tickets to the Real Madrid match - a magical experience for my kids and me! I highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Madrid for a few days. Thanks again Palma for everything - you went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable!

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Maria’s place was a great base for a short visit to Madrid. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The area provides a glimpse of life in Madrid with some excellent spots for eating and drinks.

We loved the space, extremely clean, organized, comfortable and cozy! Another wonderful point is the privilege of the location. Excellent host very responsive! We highly recommend!! 🥰🙌

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Loved the surrounding area, easy to walk to the metro, gran vía, Salamanca neighborhood. Lots to do nearby, the Airbnb street had one of our favorite spots- La Huevería and El corral. Supermarket was really close too. Would stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and near the station. Everything went as planned we were satisfied !
