Apartment vacation rentals in Tetuán

we got in earlier & let us check-in 2hrs before check-in was. very clean, had everything you needed body soap, scissors, kitchen appliances. we had a great stay!

Marta's place was wonderful! It was easy to find and close to the local metro station (Alvarado or Nuevo Ministerios). Her flat was clean, had all of the amenities and was easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is super comfortable and with a very good layout. The hosts are 10 out of 10 because they were very attentive, always helpful and left us bread for breakfast because we arrived early. Very good detail and my thanks.

excellent if you are looking for a family accommodation, quiet, well-equipped, with good value for money and you do not mind that it is not a central area. the lack of an elevator may be an inconvenience for certain travelers.

My stay in this apartment was excellent. The place is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and perfectly located to explore Madrid. You can see that everything is new and very well maintained, which made the experience even better. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and very clear from the start. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to future travelers. I would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable apartment with all the amenities, very quiet

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

The apartment was super clean, beautiful and cozy! It has absolutely everything we might need. Especially we were surprised by all kitchen appliances, salt and sugar, bottles of water in the fridge and other cool stuff. We like the lights in every room and even the smell of the apartment was great :) Thank you for that atmosphere and comfort!

Everything is correct and clean, simple, quiet area

The apartment is beautiful, felt right at home with lots of little touches to make it feel cosy. The location is also great, very central to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and theatres. And walkable to all the main attractions in the city itself. The hosts were very friendly and easy to deal with. Great communication the whole time and were always willing to help with any requests. Esperanza was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The apartment was small, but it had everything you needed, as she herself says. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around Madrid, and at the same time very quiet, there were no noises at night and you could rest perfectly. There are supermarkets and other shops a few meters away, so any need can be easily met. An excellent price for the location and the service received!

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
