If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Laura is a great host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is conveniently located for a large part of the city center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully there. The decor is super luxurious and clean. Folding out the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Sandra María is beautiful, María too, her place is very quiet if you want to be close to the center, in a clean place, well maintained, safe area, as a person Sandra María is incredible, she welcomed us splendidly after hours in an emergency. Maria is super nice, a wonderful lady and very good at her job. Check-in was and we didn't lack anything. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely return to their accommodation without a doubt. Excellent location. Clean and cozy. Very well renovated.

Luis's accommodation was very well equipped, clean, spacious, in a quiet environment with a small children's playground at the base of the building. The nearest metro station and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with Luis was very easy and fast. Only small downside: the insulation in the bathroom (poorly insulated window). Thank you for this stay in Madrid: the whole family enjoyed it.

Our experience at María Elena's apartment was excellent! The location is unbeatable, with a short walk you are in front of the Puerta de Alcalá, the Fuente de la Cibeles or in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood... The apartment is cozy and ideal for two people. Maria Elena was always very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

The place was super close to metro so you could cone and go easily. The place was spacious and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable.

We were surprised by the location of the home, its was next to a cafe and felt like it was once one! We were greeted by a friend of the host, and everything was explained to us very nicely. The place was well equipped,clean and comfortable for 6 of us. It is located near public transport, and amazing supermarkets selling great fruits nearby! We enjoyed our stay here.

Great little apartment and great host! The were very responsive. Photos were just like the apartment. No surprises there. The stairs are steep getting up to the rooms fyi. I had my older friend stay with me and one stayed downstairs because she couldn’t made it up. Nothing negative, just an observation. The neighborhood looks a bit scary at first, but at no time did we feel unsafe. Great access to the Alvarado station and a great breakfast spot called Mallorca, which opened at 9am. Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Dana was very kind and helpful. Knowing that we were traveling with a baby, she bought us a high chair to make our stay easier. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and she makes a spectacular coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat.

Small, functional, friendly accommodation, refurbished and sparkling clean. Located 2 min walk to a metro station on the line that takes you to the center in 15 min, this apartment is conveniently located for visiting Madrid. we'll keep the address for our next Madrid stay.
