Sherry was an excellent host, very helpful, keen to recommend things and quick to respond to our queries. The apartment was in a lovely neighbourhood, very safe and easy to walk round. There were local convenience stores, a nice coffee shop and multiple restaurants and a few nice bars plus a pharmacy all nearby. Aravaca station was very close, less than 10 minutes walk away.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

I totally agree why Sonia’s place got this much high rate. I really enjoyed my stay here and believe I like Madrid thanks to Sonia’s place. Sonia and Carlos are genuine and friendly hosts. As soon as I got airbnb, I felt like home. This place is around 15-20 mins away from tourist spots and very well located in a very nice neighborhood. I could feel a glance of local living. Also, I loved to be away from hustle and bustle. In the room, I could find everything I needed. Also I had a very good sleep here. Most of all, the hosts!! I loved to talk with them. It was such a great basement for me to travel Madrid! Looking forward to staying again!!

This place is perfectly located in the city and you can find just everything nearby. Shops, restaurants, cafes and most of the ‚must see attractions‘ are in walking distance. We loved the place alot and enjoyed the connection to the B&B with a 24h reception.

El apartamento de Iván está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico, en una peatonal concurrida y llena de tiendas. Hay varios supermercados cerca. Al ser interno es muy silencioso y tranquilo, pero a la vez súper iluminado. Los espacios son amplios y es muy cómodo . Está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar con comodidad. Es ideal para estancias largas. Iván es atento y responde rápidamente a cualquier inquietud. El apartamento es tal cual o mejor que en las fotos. Sin dudas volvería.

I highly recommend staying at Jose's apartment. It is very spacious and located in the heart of a shopping plaza. Our stay was very comfortable.

Me pareció excelente, la estación del acceso al metro cerca del hostal. En cuanto al personal el recibimiento y orientación fue muy buena. Un lugar seguro y cerca de lugared Turisticos. Recomiendo Meeting Point.

I always enjoy staying in this building. Before, the rooms had better views than this particular room. But, hey, you don’t go to Madrid to sit in your room! Location is everything here! Easy access!

My partner and I stayed with Agustín for us to run in Madrid half Marathon. What a fantastic experience we had. Agustín was friendly and helpful from the start. The room we stayed in was exactly as stated. Agustín’s apartment was spotless and he made us feel very welcome. The metro is right on the doorstep which made travelling around Madrid easy. Agustín even went the extra mile and allowed us to use his facilities once we had checked out. I can’t thank you enough. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

Great hotel with a lot to do in the area! Everything was walking distance. It truly is central. Staff were great and the room was gorgeous I was on the 6th floor with a nice view. The rooftop was so cool and the pool was connected to the bar. The room was a bit dusty which messed with my allergies but other than that I truly truly enjoyed my stay and will be back asap!

Mercedes is a treasure and her home is beautiful. The room in which I stayed was cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring the city. There are dressers and a closet in which you can unpack if you wish. The private bathroom was extremely clean and made me feel very comfortable. Conveniently, there are many shops and restaurants that surround the apartment. I would HIGHLY recommend to stay here if you are thinking of doing so. Mercedes is THE BEST!!!!

David was a wonderful host, he gave us lots of helpful information and he provided us with an amazing room. we were going for a concert so we wanted a place that was calm so we could rest afterwards, and we were provided that. David also gave us important information about the local places and explained to us how to use public transportation to get back home. would definitely recommend staying here.
