The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for Reading town center but in a quite area away from the noise. Short walk to Reading station. Would wholly recommend and would stay there again. Only 3 of us stayed there but comfortably sleeps six

Absolutely fabulous from booking to completion. If you are looking for a stunning location set in the middle of the Cotswolds for a short or long stay this is got to be high up on your list. Property is set on a private estate with three beautiful lakes with most of the properties surrounding them. Melanie’s property was beautifully appointed with everything that you would need for a stay with your family or friends and it had many extras included. Melanie was a great host. She was extremely communicative from beginning to end and paid attention to detail with the little things to make our four day stay even better than we had anticipated. Thank you, we will definitely recommend this to friends and may very well return ourselves in the future. We had a wonderful time. Mark & Beatrice

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

We were 5 of us staying at the place, and we had a wonderful time. The house is located centrally, in a lively and lovely location, and the home itself is beautiful, large and spacious. We highly recommend!

Really easy to find, great parking and in the centre of Midhurst. The property is like home from home with lovely art work on the walls throughout and delightful ornaments. The back garden was like being in the country. Alexandra’s recommendations were excellent and helpful regarding local restaurants. Whilst, as four “senior golfing gents”, we don’t use the kitchen or many of the facilities in the property we can confirm that this home is supplied with everything needed. We go away every year using Airbnb for our trips and I can say that Alexandra’s property is the best we’ve stayed in.

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

Excellent, supremely well-appointed cottage that, a bit like Doctor Who's Tardis, is far bigger inside than it looks from the outside. A short walk from the town centre it's an superb place to stay and makes a great base to sample all the delights that Chichester and the surrounding area has to offer. Chris himself was there to meet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The interior is outstanding with antique items, books and games in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are also of the highest quality. An added bonus is the small but delightful back garden. I have no qualms in wholeheartedly recommending this property.

What a beautiful house! We booked Lynn’s house for a much needed girls weekend away and it was perfect. It’s conveniently close to Goodwood, a short walk into town and a short drive to the Witterings. Most used phrase over the weekend … “I love this house”. This is a home away from home; not only is the decor dreamy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms are lovely, beds and pillows extremely comfortable and the whole house was immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay again!! Thank you Lynn x

We had a lovely stay at Seaside Cottage, very tastefully decorated, kitchen perfect for what we wanted, hot tub was great, we had a chilled weekend, thank you!

The house is tastefully decorated and has all you need for a home away from home. Location is great to be able to walk into Cowes and explore everything it has to offer, close by to supermarkets for convenience too. Having the dedicated car space took the stress away from being unfamiliar with the area.

The house is very well situated and convenient. Check-in and out was easy; it's just a lock box with a key. Everything was clean and comfortable.

A super place. My friend and I enjoyed a bedroom each. The beds were very comfy. Lovely to be so near the canal and the town. The place was spotless. We had a super 3 night stay and hope to return.

Perfect place to stay for a shirt-term break. Ours was not normal season but all the same plenty to do. Property was very central and incredibly comfortable

We have just had a fantastic week staying at Rachel's house. We had planned spending all week in and around Bournemouth town center and beaches, until we realised how much Westbourne itself had to offer and how central the house was to it all. There are so many fantastic little eateries, we had breakfasts in 44 Bamboo, Circo Lounge and Moka Pot and evening meals at Romanzo, Renoufs, the Westbourne and the Lazy Fox. We walked down as many Chines as we could, the prom was beautiful in the day and night too. Out and about we visited Weymouth, Durdle Door, Christchurch, Swanage & Sandbanks. We could have stayed another week and still not done everything we wanted. The house was spotless and very comfortable, there were lots of little extra touches, including a welcome basket from the local Deli, an informative welcome booklet, beach and board games. Rachel's communication was excellent, making our stay very special. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The best air bnb I found in Swindon after months of let downs, couldn’t recommend highly enough, absolute 10/10

A great location for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area. Easy to find, and the host kindly arranged parking for us. House was clean and tidy, and has great amenities.

Having driven slowly down the narrow passageway between two buildings either side, parked, then walked through the garden gate, you emerge to a beautifully quiet, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. There you find an ultra-modern, well equipped garden apartment. Small but beautifully formed. Opening the west facing bi-fold doors to allow the setting sun to stream in is a delight. The bed is both huge and comfortable; the two bathrooms each have a well-proportioned shower, copious hot water and comfy towels. The location is perfect for a short walk to the cathedral and walking the walls; Fishbourne Roman Villa is a must as is Arundel Castle, both a short drive away. As an electric car driver I was delighted that a convenient (and free) charging point had recently beed installed.

Highly recommend this property. Great location with lots to in the area. Great host very helpful and contactable during stay.

Me and a couple other friends stayed at Helen's place for 2 nights, and I must say the overall experience and Helen's hospitality was top notch! The house was clean and well looked after. The only caveat is that the address provided was showing a different location on Google Maps, so we had to ask around a little before we found the place. Hopefully an easy fix though.
